While I like their services as a whole, it was a bit challenging this time just to get a check, payable to me, (written on a Chase escrow account) converted in a check for that same amount that I could take for a down payment on another property. It was just very frustrating.

Good Chase location. Staff has always been good and have gone beyond a few times we I needed a little help with things. Easy location to get in and out of. A few drive through lanes that are rarely all open.

This Chase and it's bankers are fast, friendly, and efficient. I wanted to open up an account with Chase and made an appointment here. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly and was able to work one on one with Beverly, who was super friendly, attentive to my needs, and made sure I was happy with my visit. I am so glad I went here and will return to this Chase even though it is not always the closest one to me.

This is the closest location to me but I am forced to go to Carmel one to get anything done. The difference in service in everything from banks, grocery stores, shopping in a ok place to that of a nice suburb is astonishing

This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything. I wish there was a ZERO star rating. Every experience I have had with this branch has been so frustrating. The people here are inconsiderate and dismissive. Especially to POC, and immigrants who does not speak English well. This place does not feel welcoming at all.
