If they try to call them they wont answer. and there is no voicemail option. I had to make a trip in for something that could have been avoided b.c they couldnt do a notary that day anyways. Waste of my time. garage

A few minutes ago I was at your ATM, my withdrawal was $540. And on the bills they only gave me $520 They mixed two of $10 making them pass for $20 I hope they are very careful at this ATM without making noise they kept my $20

Yeah no. Not only was the customer service not good but seriously......$10 to cash a check that your customer gave to me? $10? How ridiculous and desperate is that?

It has been my local bank for many years. The staff is super friendly and I always feel valued/respected there. Donna, Kyle, and Brajsean(might have spelled that last name incorrectly), all are wonderful and customer service oriented. Thank you Chase Bank!

Can never get anyone to answer the phone. I've tried for 2 weeks straight. Not sure why they even have a phone number listed. Not everything can be done online! So frustrating!!!!!!

if you ask a teller valid questions why do they respond with an attitude. don't be an a$$. if you dont want my money just say so. will no longer do business at any chase bank. quit sending me junk mail as well.

Sit in the drivethru for 30 minutes just to deposit cash rarely seeing a teller. Avoid this location!

They literally do not ever answer the phone. How does a business not answer the phone. It's 10 am. There's no way you are too slammed to get a phone call.

This branch refuses to answer the phone when I need them and have questions about my account. If you work at a bank and a customer is calling back to back 20 times. You answer the call instead of ignoring it. These calls were made during normal business hours. Come Monday I’ll be canceling my savings account and moving my money to a different bank. Not only because I can’t get help from the branch but because they like to put limits on my accounts and take my money which is what these limitations are designed to do.

They have two ATMs but one is always down and they can't even take the time to put a sign up saying it's broken. It's been down for months at least. It's indicative of how much they care about their customers, none whatsoever.

I lived near this bank for many years, and always received nothing but the best customer service and smiles. Sure sometimes it would take longer than I intended to get something done but that is very very rare and not something to write a review about. I normally get quick and easy service and everything is correct! Matthew especially is always more than helpful. I recommend Chase banking to all of my friends and family, and this specific branch has done nothing but good for me. Thanks guys!
