On February 14 my cousin went to this bank to open a checking account, some person told him that he would have to make an appointment, so he did for the next day. The person who scheduled the appointment for the next day was very professional.The next day I took him to the branch, after a couple of minutes he came back and said that the person told him that he needed to have a bill with his first name and then last name. I was confused, so we went back in and the same person was waiting for us by the entrance and had us sat and explained that all documents my cousin had would not work to open the account due to that they showed first and last name, were they should show first his name and then last name. I thought he was just kidding, but he was serious. I asked to speak with a supervisor, she came and was very aggressive and unprofessional. I explained that his bill showed his last name and first name, same as his DL, social security card, and passport. Then she proceeds to ask if he had a green card, that’s when I said enough and said she was racist. I called Chase corporate and made a formal complaint. I will follow up with a lawyer.

Went to Chase bank on Fox Road in Indianapolis this morning to ask if I could deposit coins into my account. Was told by the teller as long as they were rolled they would take them. I said I’d be back that afternoon and the teller said they’d be waiting. That afternoon carried all the coins into the bank only to have a different teller very rudely say they couldn’t take them because they had no room and it would take them months to make room. (I think she just didn’t want to deal with it.) When I said I came in the morning and had been told I could bring them and pointed to the teller who had said it that teller started to deny she said it until I made direct eye contact with her and she stopped talking, not the kind of integrity I want from my bank employees. As a supposed “private client” who’s been with this bank for 20 years, I’ve always been treated as a nuisance by Chase Bank every time I’ve called or spoken in person with their employees. I never wanted to deal with the hassle of changing banks but it’s probably past time. I highly recommend going with a different bank.

1 Star for aiding in theft of my funds.....Worst Chase ever hands down..... I had money that was unauthorized to be pulled from my bank account taken from me and no one at this location would even listen to me and just kept talking over me without me ever fulling telling them my story. I have a linked account such as you would to paypal and they basically said since I had that, the 3rd party company could pull money from my account without my consent and they wont do anything about it. WHAT!? A transaction i never approved or was given knowledge of. I have now accrued fees and additional charges because of the mishap as well as ruined a relationship with a potential client because they think i am the one running them in circles. If you can steer clear from this location or maybe chase entirely I would strongly advise that!!!!! I rarely write reviews but theft is theft and should be known by all. Keep yourself safe!

The experience you have at this branch will be entirely dependent on what teller you interact with.Terri is absolutely the best at customer service! She is so knowledgeable, kind, consistent and just awesome!I have to say I have had terrible experiences with someone else at this branch, just knowing I may have to interact with her is anxiety invoking. Thank goodness Terri and many other tellers that I only occasionally end up dealing with the bad apple.Anyway, thank you Chase for a mostly stellar team of folks at this location. I will miss you when you retire soon Terri.

I have always had a good customer service experience at the Fox Road Chase Branch, until today. I googled the Chase Bank at Fox Road, to confirm the hours for the drive through, as I know the hours might have been modified due to the pandemic. The google page clearly stated bank opens at 9:30 am and drive through at 9:00 am. I got to the drive through at 9 am and was told they don’t open until 9:30 and could not help me, suggested ATM. Unfortunately I had a withdraw that exceeded the daily limit. I needed this for our business to open its doors. I did find a chase brand with the same google hours and they actually were open for drive through at 9 am. What really is most upsetting about al of this is the branch Manager at Fox Road was very robotic and just blamed corporate for setting the hours. She told me she did not see the same hours I saw, I felt like she was calling me a liar. I explained that I had a screenshot to show her and she acted like she could care less. She said she would share my feelings with corporate. Haha like that will matter to the giant Chase Bank. All I wanted was for her to be supportive and ask me to share the screenshot so she could have the mistake corrected. A little empathy for a long time customer would have gone a long way de escalate my anger and frustration. May be time to move on to a less corporate bank.

I love this branch. Cynthia and the staff make you feel important. As soon as you walk in the branch, you are greeted by the staff and they know you by name. The service is fast and efficient. I’m usually not in there over 5 minutes. Again, thank you for all you do!!!

This review is for Daniel! He is most caring, helpful, positive associate I have EVER worked with at Chase for over 16yrs. He works with Chase Private Client, but I am sure he can help with almost everything, or get you in touch with the right person! He is Amazing and definitely the kind of person everyone would be blessed to get to work with!
