This location went from a 5 star shopping experience to a 1 star with the new manager. I went in a couple days ago to pick up my online order and the new manager took my stuff to the register while I followed her and instead of ringing me out and giving me my order she proceeded to repeatedly berate an employee in front of me for a simple mistake! Of course this made me extremely uncomfortable , but more than that I felt so bad for the sweet Indian lady that she was speaking to in such a tone! Very unprofessional! I expect there to be a high turn over until they get rid of this new manager!

I absolutely love this store but they never open on time, when it’s posted online and on the door. This is my fourth time coming to this store where they have not opened the store on time. And from the looks of it they won’t be opening anytime soon. Get it together!

Tonight me and my mother stopped in to shop around at Cato’s. The girl behind the cash register instead of saying hello how are you she screamed at me and told me we close in 30 minutes just letting you know I walked back behind the counter and started talking to some man. There are other women that walked in and they didn’t even bother to do this to them just me and my mother. I could understand if I walked in 15 minutes before closing which it was even a little bit before 30 minutes so I’m not sure what type of rude people we have working in retail but the store definitely doesn’t deserve my money when I worked retail I can holler at somebody and tell them we are you better hurry up and get out of here we close bad customer
