Do not buy any ps5 or PS4 controls, I tested all of them and all have stick drift issues. Its better to buy a new controller at GameStop for 30 to 60 bucks because GameStop has to be approved before sale. What the pawn shop won't tell u is that used controllers only last a week or less and then the system freaks out. You can buy a stick drift controller lol for the same price as a brand new controller at GameStop ?

Staff was friendly knowledgeable very professional. And even after a piece of jewelry I had he couldn't except he apologized and up the price of my other item 10 dollars for me. His name was Chris and was wonderful. Had my mom laughing and cutting up the whole time. Would highly recommend for panning or selling or even to shop around. Great selection of power tools guitars game systems hoverboards jewelry and more.

Got offered $26 for a speaker I paid $100 for. It was basically new, was even in its original packaging. Not sure how a fully functional speaker is only worth a quarter of what I paid for it

Some (not all) of your employees have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Brought in a set of power tools today to get a loan for, and was only offered $35. The employee didn’t even check online to see what retail prices were. I had a reciprocating saw, two drills, batteries, and a high-beam flashlight. The drill itself cost me more than $35. Matter of fact, the entire set of tools in the bag cost me about $200. I realize you have to make a profit too (which if I’m getting a loan for it, not selling it, it shouldn’t matter) but offering a price that low when he clearly just didn’t want to do the work is not only offensive, but bad for business. This is why places like Offer Up and Fb Marketplace are doing far better than pawn shops. I would maybe train your employees better or stop hiring lazy people.

My fiance and I went to this location in need of some quick cash! At first we thought we would have trouble, we quickly realized that we were wrong. Chris, was very helpful, even going to our vehicle to look at our items! He proceeded in caring in one of our items. We were very impressed with that! Chris was very conversational with us as well as Monique! They both was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Thank you both so much for your help! AMAZING! YET AGAIN ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER I AM! CHRIS and MONIQUE ARE AMAZING! They run this store so well, very nice and communicate well and always NICE and professional with customers..apple does not fall far from the tree: Malcom and Yuri are working great along side Chris and Monique. I drive way across town from fishers to shop here. I will gladly do it over and over, to get the wonderful and kind customer service from this location. I suggest someone give CHRIS and Monique a raise..treat them to Starbucks , and dinner..and even that would not be enough to say a total thanks!Thanks Chris and Ms. Monique for making me a happy shopper...I do not mind taking my money here at all..nor do I hesitate another drive..I will return : YET AGAIN :)
