I took my car here when the check engine light came on, they had my part directly ordered same day and had everything fixed up shortly after. Staff was very transparent with the process. Talked with Will (the owner) while i waited, very nice, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Carmel Auto group.

Great place to do business with; we purchased a car and later found some issues with it; Carmel Auto Group fully stood behind the car they sold us and completed all needed repairs free of charge, they even paid for towing expenses to get the car to their dealership... highly recommend this place for your next car purchase

I purchased a 2003 SL500 from William. We saw it on the lot, asked to drive it and bam, I was hooked. There was an intermittent fault in the suspension that he warned me I might see on the test drive. Sure enough, I did. I bought the car anyway thinking it was minor. As it turns out the MB dealer wanted $24k to replace the whole suspension, which wouldn’t have solved this issue ironically. I did some research in the forums and found the exact parts it needed and asked William if he’d put them in for me. He did. He ordered them, put them in and the faults are all gone. I couldn’t be happier right now, this was exactly what I wanted. This guy knows his stuff, is honest about what he has and is easy to deal with.
I’ve found “my car guy” lemme know if you want his #

I drove from Wisconsin to pick a vehicle up from William. He was very professional and easy to work with through the whole process. Once I got there he was extremely professional and friendly, made the whole buying/sighing process very simple and stress free. I would definitely recommend buying another vehicle from here! Definitely one of my best experiences at a dealership, thanks!

I came into the dealership and paid cash for a 2006 corvette with 49k miles on it, less than 12 hours later I’m on the side of the road stranded after the harmonic balancer went out. Had to have the car towed home and since it was Sunday, the dealership wasn’t open. We found paperwork in the vehicle where the harmonic balancer was replaced and contacted Carmel Auto Group and spoke with the manager who refused to help us with the issue or take the car back or help us remedy the issue or stand by the car they sold me. They only offered to fix it if I paid for it to get fixed. I planned on buying another vehicle, but it will not be at this dealership after they refused to make this right.

Excellent work, great job! Had a coolant leak. Went to a Mercedes repair place who supposedly fixed it, $$$, but the leak problem remained. I turned to Yelp Project and found "Carmel Auto Group". Bottom line: They located and fixed the leak problem. They also found a rusted oil pan and repaired it (at a lower cost vs my previous Mercedes repair place who had also reported the oil pan issue)! Talked to owner, Will. Nice guy and was impressed by small operation but good people. I hope they get good business, signed... A very happy Mercedes owner.

Extremely obstreperous and rude, aggressive price-gouging along with highly sarcastic. According to them, they would have charged us more than a days work for a job that took less than 8 mins and the part was only $17.00. Would not recommend. BEWARE

After a recent positive experience using Yelp's "Project" feature, I decided to turn to Yelp again when a warning light in my car came on and I needed to get it checked out and Firestone had, as usual, disappointed me. So, I posted the specifics of what I needed and waited for responses. Carmel Auto Group was the first response. They were friendly, precise, and offered a direct price along with a time they could do it. As I couldn't go right away due to work obligations, I told them I would be there at opening on Saturday. I arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The owner (I'm assuming) arrived a couple of minutes late, but immediately acknowledged that (which was no big deal) and explained it. As someone who likes to get settled in at work when I arrive, I appreciated his willingness to jump in right away. Arriving early gave me a chance to check out the lot a bit given the age of my car, however, I'm not currently in the market. That said, I liked the available vehicles and accessible pricing. We chatted for a couple of minutes and he went about the primary task - an engine diagnostic. He was able to determine the problem with a fair amount of specificity. The appointment wasn't for an actual repair - simply a diagnostic as I was fairly certain it was a basic issue. He was able to address the light and make concrete recommendations that would further address and help prevent any recurrence. This area is in the Homeplace area of Carmel and has become one of the latest areas for roundabouts. We discussed the negative impact of the roundabout construction on business in what is really an already quiet area. While this may sound like it's building toward increased charges, instead the diagnostic ended up being less intensive than expected and my final price actually ended up being lower than the estimate. It was a definite display of ethics and honesty that I appreciated given expenses around my own cancer journey right now and my need to make sure the car stays reliable. This wasn't a major visit by any means, however, it was most certainly a positive one. We discussed my possibly returning for a tune-up (one of the recommendations), but I appreciated there was no hard-sell. This was a positive experience in every way and I would definitely return whether for another repair or to consider a used vehicle.

Within 24 hours of purchasing the BMW X5 a loud popping sound, I called and notified Carmel Auto Group, no call back. Vehicle required wheel bearing - $900. Within a month, the check engine and malfunction lights came on, contacted Carmel Auto Group since i was originally told they would do work for cheaper price since they have service on site, spoke to a man, no call back. Additional $2200 on top of the $900. I will never do business with Carmel Auto Group again and would not recommend.

We just bought our first, but not our last car from the guys on the corner. The entire experience was painless and they worked through the process with us. Really liked everyone me met and felt we were treated fairly.
