“My car had issues the Sunday before 4th of July.I did not know they would be closed, but Bobby came by and took all my information and got my car secured.First thing in the morning, the day after the holiday, Bobby called me with an estimate, and his team got to work on it.He quoted the most likely day it would be ready and it was ready before noon on said day.He was helpful and did a great job. “Purchased a quality truck with low mileage and no hassle. Mr Corey DuPreist (sorry if spelling is off Corey) was A1. He was timely, honest, worked with our time crunch and made the experience very enjoyable. While I won’t recommend any certain vehicle I will say if they have what you’re looking for it’s certainly worth visiting them.”
“I liked no credit card needed, they were friendly and got me a vehicle the same day, after I mistaken the pickup date for that day but was the next day, they do need a deposit of 300.00, but you get it back if all is good when you return it”

He also offered helpful information on exiting the lot to head in the proper direction, and reassured us after a debacle at the Indianapolis airport location left us without a car for a day of our reservation. Would definitely recommend this location of budget travel”
“Our travel plans had changed so we brought our car in early at aa rental location closest to us. I have done this a few times in the past and at most had been charged $50 or so for the return. The man at the counter said about the same. Then when we were handedthe bill, it was almost DOUBLE the original cost of the rental. We asked to just get the car bac and continue with our original reservation but were told the rental was closed. We called Customer Service and explained that I had been loyal AVIS member of decades and what our situation was. We were told that the most that could be offered by a manager was 2 free rental days. While this was going on the person at this AVIS franchise heard us and contacted his own Corporate contact and arranged for the charges to reversed and for us to pay only, the amount for 2 days rental plus charges. This brought the bill down by $700. The actions of tis person were above and beyond and if it were not for his actions we would have taken this up with VISA and social media as well as renting from another company moving forward. As is we will continue with AVIS for now but I will warn anyone who asks about our experience.”

Choices of cars are pretty great and if I jad a problem they have been quick to resolve the issue. Chris and his team have always gone above and beyond specially if they sell out to call ahead to let u know they're booked out.”
“I had to rent a car due to mine being in the shop. There was a technical issue when I rented the car but at check out Jared took care of it. I was actually stressed about the check out process due to the issue. By the time I left, it had been resolved. I will definitely rent a car from them again in the future.”

“I rented an SUV from Enterprise for a visit to Indiana and was blown away with the excellent quality. I checked in online and was able to skip the counter when I get there. The car was ready for me and so clean. We had a lot of snow when I was there and it was perfect for those conditions. I will definitely use Enterprise when I need a rental again.”
