This place is very outdated , and everything is very dingy. This place also has a kitchenette, so you have to get used to everybody's cooking smells. My computer monitors were bigger than the room TVs.Plus, I was double charged as well, twice.

When I got in the room, the TV and phone didn’t work. Friendly staff at the front desk who got this fixed. Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Hotel is not the best compared to other IHG hotels. Water tasted horrible, and I don’t feel it is safe for the coffee in the room. Probably won’t stay here in the future.

Moving across the country from New Jersey with my cat and husband in a gigantic moving truck towing our car. Found this hotel and booked it because it was cheap and pet friendly. Didn't even bother reading about it. We get here on the Friday night before Christmas (12/22/23) exhausted with low expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised! The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and professional even though it was kinda late and her shift ended soon. Theres 24 hour everything including a little convenient store, laundry facility and gym. Theres an entire kitchen in the room with all the things you would need AND complimentary microwave popcorn! (Um, best idea ever) Everything is perfectly clean, and my little family is happy after a very long, super stressful day. Awesome hotel! Thank you so much Candlewood Suites Indianapolis!Rooms: Clean and comfortableSafety: Well lit parking lotFood & drinks: Small convenient store on premise that provided a decent dinnerNoteworthy details: Complimentary microwave popcorn made my day

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed. I didn't want to leave.Service is adequate but the front desk clerk seemed unfocused and lacked energy. The rooms are excellent with silverware, a full fridge, a stovetop, and dvd player. There is a gym and bathrooms are clean.Customers be grateful and don't take this hotel for granted.

The location is great but still not worth the money to stay. I stayed yesterday (11/20/23). The entire 2nd floor smelled like weed, and trash in the hallway. Julie at the front desk acted as if us coming in was interrupted her day. She was just skimming through channels on the tv. Also bugs!!! Roaches.? in our room. My son killed one but the other one was on its back still moving (I was not going to turn it over).

I stayed here a month ago on a business trip from Ky and for the price, it was ok. There were some issues, I was on the top floor, HOT WATER was my biggest issue. You literally have to run the water in the tub and bathroom sink on full high for about 10 minutes before it gets hot. Second, the volume button on the remote shut the tv off, very annoying. Front office staff not exactly friendly. On the plus side, the room overall was decent, the full kitchen is nice, the area was safe and quiet.

This place is a complete dump and is disgusting. The front desk staff that I've interacted with are incredibly unprofessional and unapologetic about it. Housekeeping does their best but this entire building has been due for a refresh for 15 years. My couch is stained and gross, the carpet is stained and tattered, and the TVs are from the 90s.

As a housekeeping manager for a hotel I'm honestly shocked. I don't know if they even have a housekeeping manager that inspects rooms after they're cleaned but they should. The beds in disarray, the dog hair in the fridge, linen tossed in bathrooms all frumpy with hair on it. Not to mention the front desk agents that call their other employees names in front of guests or the front desk agent Julie (as nice as she is) that you can typically find snoring at the desk in the evenings. This hotel needs a total makeover building and staff wise.

The good: It was close to St. Vincent's and close to shopping. Full size fridge, microwave and all the plates, glasses and utensils for cooking. There was a counter top stove that I used a couple times (once I figured out how to turn it on). There's a decent gym to use. There is also a laundry area that is free to use and a little "pantry" to purchase microwaveable food or snacks and misc toiletries you may need. The bad: If I wanted to take a hot shower I had to let the water run about 10 min before I got in. The tv would "glitch" out when trying to watch ANY channel. Almost every night there was somebody in the parking lot playing their music so loud it rattled my windows. After telling the housekeeping staff numerous times that it was best to clean my room on the weekends as I was not there, they still came while I was trying to work. I seriously think they only cleaned maybe 5 times the 2 months I was there. If you are in a hurry to get to your room (if you are not on the 1st floor) it's better to take the stairs because this is the SLOWEST elevator I have ever been on. The air conditioner in my room was EXTREMELY loud and didn't work all that great. If you are looking for a fancy hotel, this is NOT for you, but if you are just looking for a place to lay your head for a little longer than normal hotel stay, this one works for that. Although, I think they are a little too pricey considering there is no pool.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed at this location on 8/13, there was NO hot water in the hotel during my entire stay. There was suspicious looking individuals walking around the hotel/parking lot all night long. This property is more of an extended stay establishment, where people actually live. I requested a refund due to the fact that I couldn’t even shower and after much back and forth, the hotel agreed to give me 50% of my booking costs which I feel is absolutely disgraceful. I would rather sleep at a rest stop than spend another night at this disgrace of a hotel, at least they have hot water…
