We came in to the store not really knowing what we wanted, just that we wanted a set. The associates here kinda walked us through our options and were very understanding. We got a nice set for a good price, 10/10 would come again!!!

Very dishonest group of people. They advertise that you have 7 days to return anything, but the fine print says that you have 7 days FOR YOU to bring it back in if it breaks. They will not accept any returns. Do not buy from this place. They don’t test anything that comes through, nothing there is even wired to plug in. These people are horribleDoesn’t look like I can respond to your owners response on here, so I’m going to edit the review. 1. You didn’t provide an adequate answer for why you don’t have the machines wired to plug in. 2. If you sell someone a product that doesn’t work at all when they do wire it to plug in, you should at the minimum let them exchange the product. There was an error code on the machine when we turned it on that said the heating element was broken. You clearly didn’t test this. 3. The dryer you sold was not liquidated inventory, it was used and 15 years old. The person who bought it didn’t figure that out until they opened it up and had to wire it to work. 4. Your business practices prey on vulnerable people. Consider at least reforming your return policy

They were very nice and welcoming. that is the only good thing I can say. Leasing a three piece kitchen appliance set. The Microwave runs but does not heat anything. We took it back and did not hear back for over two weeks. We had to initiate contact. The stove top cuts on but then stops working mid cooking. We called about it and all service appointments were either no-shows or they called and cancelled. The dishwasher does not drain. Our plumber confirmed that is not a plumbing issue and must be an issue with the appliance. We told them at this point we want them to come and get the items. They said they do not have a return policy just a service warranty. I wish I could give zero stars.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Good customer service. Both appliances that were purchased had major issues immediately before the first use. A technician was sent out & the same issues continued. The only resolution given, is to pay more. Given items had been ruined along with unnecessary inconvenience.

Miles and Jenny were so helpful today! We were only in the store for a limited time and they answered our questions thoroughly and quickly. We are very excited about our new washer/dryer & outside umbrella! Can’t beat the people and prices!
