I had a 9 AM appointment for a 30,000 mile check up. After waiting for two hours I told them I needed to leave only to find out they had not even started working on my car. Absolutely unacceptable.

I'm sad to say I'm writing this review from another toyota service center.I've been going to this location since I bought my car in 2017. They're customer service and quality of work has always been consistently high. I'm disappointed to say I experienced a lapse in that quality.6 months ago during routine service I had a number of items reported back that could use replacement/repair. I decided, since they weren't urgent, to simply save up and do it next time. However, when I recently went in for my regular appointment nothing was reported back to me as requiring attention. I inquired and was told we could "take care of those next time." It seemed off to me given the last appointment's recommendations. Additionally, they were pretty busy but seemingly without people, and ultimately i felt like my car hadn't even been inspected. To their credit I received a phone call that day asking about my experience. I let the person know what happened and was informed the GM is doubling as the Service Manager. I've worked with dealerships in the past and can say those two jobs are both distinct and demanding. Again, as a credit to them I was invited back to get some of the previously recommended replacements done free of charge (filters only). I very much appreciate the follow up calls and quick action on the part of the GM to try to fix the situation.Unfortunately, one of the items needing replacement was my 12 v battery. It was well past the 5 year mark and, according to the AAA roadside assistance guy who just jumped my car, was something they would have noticed and should have mentioned upon inspection. Instead, I ended up stranded away from my home, calling for roadside assistance, and am sitting in the service lounge of another dealership writing this review. Here's the thing. I'm disappointed about my experience at Bill Estes Toyota Service. Maybe it was just a bad day, maybe they're just understaffed and overworked like the rest of us. I don't know. But when it comes to cars most people can follow the guidelines for vehicular service BUT we are completely reliant on professional technicians to detect/resolve any and all service needs. Furthermore, we have to trust they are actually doing the work. Otherwise, someone might get stranded on his/her day off or something much worse...I don't know if my experience represents the norm. But what I do know and want to express is my loss of trust. Who knows how many things were missed in the past, recommended without necessity, or simply weren't performed up to standard. I have a lot of trust in the Toyota brand. But I'm sorry to say I've lost my trust in this particular dealership.I'm sure they can do better, and I hope they work to improve for everyone. One bad day and one lost customer is nothing compared to the loss that would be incurred should my experience be part of a larger, more systemic problem resulting from poor leadership, lack of training, understaffing, or an overall lack of quality control on the part of the Toyota Corporation.

I experienced three different times when I was ignored entering the facility. Their process is to have you enter the service area and remain at your vehicle until a tech comes to you. I sat each time as each of the techs literally skipped over me and went to vehicles that entered after me. I noticed that this consistently happened with women who entered. The last time, I was on the phone with my husband, and he asked to speak to someone. They told him, "we are doing the best we can. We are short staffed." This has not always been my experience with Bill Estes, so I am very disappointed that this is happening. I'm not sure if leadership has changed or what, but I certainly miss the old days...

Had my son's car towed there and it must have been fun for them getting it into a bay to repair. Sami's service was top notch, though, so no complications from me. Glad they got the car running again and better per my son. Would highly recommend them.

Paper said complete synthetic oil change for $39.95 NOPE!!! $19.95 shop supplies charge. So beware Bill Estes Toyota is not upfront and honest. We even showed the flyer and the tech never said anything. Not going there anymore!

Madalyn was our sales associate and she was fantastic! I had ordered a vehicle that was a month out from arriving and she kept me posted every step of the way. Anytime I contacted her she was quick to respond with kindness and patience . When the car arrived she contacted me promptly. Upon our arrival to pick up the car, she had everything ready to make the process as efficient as possible. Our experience with Marie in Finance was also great. She was detailed about the options available to us, but was not pushy and off putting like other experiences we have had with dealerships. We had a wonderful experience at Bill Estes Toyota and highly recommend.

I stopped in looking for a specific model Toyota. The salesman quickly informed me they didn't have any and had nothing of that sort on the horizon. He didn't attempt to push any available inventory on me and didn't waste my time. I appreciated his candor and would feel comfortable walking in any time.

They gave me a loaner car for free while they had my car, which made this place a big improvement over other places I could have used. It was 4 days worth of work to my 2010 Corolla (this was expected). My toddler threw up in Sami’s waiting area and staff were totally gracious about it - much appreciated!

They are professional and helpful. Their waiting room is set up so you can work remotely if needed.Edit: They were helpful until it looked like they needed to cover something that they missed in the inspection. Two months later, my car still isn't fixed because they keep cancelling or failing to order the part. They never call back when they say they will.Service: Brake service & repair

They have hidden fees and exaggerated prices for routine services. Shop around. I paid $83 when it was supposed to be $61 for a simple air filter change!

SEXIST SCAMMERSI took my car in to have my AC recharged the other year and they told me to bring it back once it started bring warm again. Brought it back and they wanted me to pay an additional $360 to put more dye in because they could not find the leak.

I had an excellent experience with Bill Estes Toyota! I was able to get an appointment within a day and received attentive service from David throughout the process. Communication of issues was thorough and included a document with comprehensive narrative explanation and pictures.

Wonderful service year in and out. There's a reason why two generations of our family buys exclusively from this dealer and why we trust no one else to maintain our cars.

I have been a customer of this service department for a decade and have seen it slip terribly in the past quarter. This time they didn't even check to see my exhaust problem and told me it was fine. My ears and nose tell me something quite different. I am so sorry to see such a staple family name like Bill Estes taken to such a low level. Things were always exceptions under the Butler family. We won't be coming back and will go to another Toyota service department. I am not even sure they did any of the work we paid for today. Stay away from here until (or if) they get their act together.Service: Engine repair
