I cannot praise everyone involved enough!!
I had a sudden change of time only four days before our move. Although I felt silly crying to a complete stranger, the lady I talked to was so incredible kind and encouraging.
She was able to switch my time and lift my spirits by reminding me everything will be ok.
On the day of the move the guys arrived promptly. My mother and sister met them at my old apartment while I was getting keys for my new apartment. I showed up about 40 minutes after the start time and dang did they move fast! About 70% of it was out of the apartment before I got there.
They were polite the entire time and always asked questions before anything particular (can we use your bathroom to wash hands, is it ok if we take a breathing break, informed me of any other hiccups). Because I had been in the same apartment for so many years, yes please wash your hands. As it was 95 degrees out on the first day of August, yes please take a break, don’t hurt yourself lol! They were so friendly and a joy to talk with.
Once in the new apartment, I’m a very easy going person. I told them to set everything down wherever they’d like (I really didn’t care). They were so polite they asked me about things anyway. One guy even read that one of our boxes was labeled “cords”
And handed it to me because he figured it was important.
All in all, I’m so beyond pleased and grateful!
And if anyone reading this is curious if anything broke, the handle on my already broken laundry basket covered in duct tape snapped. Did I care, not at all. No point in crying over cheap plastic.
I spent many months carefully packing our items for the biggest move of my life. Not a single mug broke, not one chip of glass, no scraps on wood furniture, they helped me reassemble our electric couch, and all the way down to the exposed lightbulb didn’t even break.

I've noticed a pattern in the bad reviews. Most of us have used them twice. The first move is usually great for people but the second one isn't and that's the case for me as well. First move over a year ago - the movers were friendly, polite and they handled my stuff with care even though my furniture was on the cheaper side. The only part I didn't like was that they stacked boxes so high that the ones on the bottom got squished and bent. Luckily, I didn't have anything fragile in them but if I had, my stuff might have gotten damaged. They did bring a dolly and tools though, and one guy even helped me assemble my bed which I appreciated.
The second move a couple of weeks ago was sub par in comparison but I didn't notice until later. At first it appeared the service was great. I even told them so. They were polite and FAST. Apparently they were a bit TOO fast though. I noticed later that many of my cloth items were very dirty and some of my stuff was way more scratched up than I left it. Nothing got protected and anything that was cloth needed to be steam cleaned later, especially my year old mattress. My new TV stand won't open close properly now because it was picked up by the handle on one of the doors and it is now crooked. Also, I specifically asked that my $3,000 computer be put back in the box that it came in, along with the Styrofoam that came with it just to insure that nothing broke. Luckily it didn't break but I didn't like that they straight up ignored my request for my most expensive item. Fortunately for me, most of my furniture is cheap but I wouldn't recommend using this service if your stuff is on the expensive side and you care about how it's handled. Even if it's cheap, it should be handled with care. It's still my stuff and I'm still paying for the same service. Over all, they are polite, sure but not very careful at all with handling my stuff the second time around. You get what you pay for. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Movers were professional, courteous, and hard working. They didn't wasted anytime and got to it right away.
No damages or missing items.
I would recommend and use them in the future.

My wife and I were very blessed to use this moving company. They were on time, time efficient, very polite, willing to accommodate any requests, mindful of possessions I owned to not be damaged, respectful, kind, and assembled/disassemble any furniture pieces. Yes, I am a real man and person who is leaving a review. Not an AI bot to fool anyone.

We used Busy Bee today 6/21/24 and I am so glad we hired them for our local move. We sold and closed on a new home in 1 day. There were delays during closing and the movers had already loaded everything up from our old home and had to wait hours until we got keys for our new home. I paid a little more than what was quoted but that was 100% understandable because the company asked if it would be best to have a 3 man crew. Nothing was damaged and the crew were very respectful moving our furniture and respectful to us. I 100% recommend them.

I have now used Busy Bee Movers for the third time. The first two times were to move entire households, and this time it was a small move, just moving furniture out of an office. They were in able to schedule me quickly, and work within my schedule. The communication was right on point, Employees showed up on time and did a great job. It wasn’t an easy task getting this desk out of the office… Doorframe needed to be removed and desk needed to be taken apart. They just worked quickly. Got the job done with a great attitude. Can’t recommend them enough, so professional!
