They only have one cashier. Checking people out yesterday. I hate this store and they need to just shut it down. Walked right in the store just to walk right out. TERRIBLE BURLINGTON EVER. I’ll take my money to Ross any day over Burlington.

Staff was very rude, I arrived there at 10:40, and only shopped until 11:03 then their staff came up to me from behind telling me that I have five more minutes to head to the register. I checked out and the lady at the register was very rude. They all had attitudes never shopping here again.

This store looks like it is about to close. The store has two levels but the upper level has been closed and the rest is under cared which makes you feel that you do not evat even to shop at this place

I recently visited Burlington and was pleasantly surprised by the diverse range of products available at affordable prices. From clothing and accessories to home goods and electronics, the store offered a wide selection to choose from. I found the quality of the products to be generally good, especially considering the discounted prices.

One of the suggestions I have is on the weekends take all associates off the floor and make them run the cash register. There should not be long lines. If a customer is waiting more than ten minutes in line, that is too long, especially for those customers who only have less than five items. For customers who have 15 or more items, have at least one or two registers that can handle special purchases like vouchers, large quantities of items etch so that you can keep the other registers moving. There should never be a line down the shoe aisle and then some and only two cashiers at a time. Hire late night stockers to put out items for the next days business so that you can keep your cashiers off the floors. If you absolutely must have a cashier on the floor, there should be one person assigned to each area during slow times and at least one or two at the register, but rotate them on a schedule so there is never one cashier with a long line at the register. I was there Saturday and was soo frustrated when I left because the lines were so long. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for my turn to cash out and that is ridiculous.
