I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this clinic. My kitty got sick recently and it came on quickly. They squeezed me in because my cat started getting worse. My usual vet had recently moved so I had a new vet Dr. Jen. She was the best, it didn't matter that she was off work by the time their other emergencies were taken care of, she took her time with us. She thought she might need X-rays and even thought she was technically off work, she met me at their other location, Fishers Veterinary Hospital on Allisonville Rd. They were so good to me, they ended up keeping my kitty for 2 nights. Dr. Jen kept in touch with me, she was wonderful along with the vet techs at both locations, Katie at the front desk and the lady at the front desk at Fishers Veterinary hospital who was so kind. I wish I could have gotten everyone's name. I feel like they saved my cat. I love this place. Thank you so much Dr. Jen for taking such good care of Missy and for being so compassionate and willing to go the extra mile.

Been dealing with my dogs injured ear that has been nonstop bleeding. Came into here after visiting a vet back home who did nothing for us but not here at Brookschool! We were recommended by a friend to stop in here. In an hour she was able to be seen by the vet. Thankfully the vet knew exactly how to handle this and sealed the wound and sent us home with antibiotic ointment. I was panicking with the nonstop bleeding but after our visit my nerves are calm and I'm confident in my dogs healing process now. Thank you!

Called to get a price for Neutering and was told "We need to see your dog in order to give you a price". So we reluctantly take the appointment. $65 "Exam" and $60 of pre-surgery meds later, they still wouldnt give a price. Said "we need some time to give you the most accurate price". I get a call that afternoon (Mon) saying the woman who does "estimates" was busy and it would be Thurs before she would have time to call. Thurs comes around and nothing. I finally go in and cancel the surgery appt since I still dont have a price, and ask for the meds and "Exam" to be refunded. 20 mins later, there is an "estimate" in my email. $422-$733. Um, how is this the "most accurate price" they can give after a week? BTW they charge $406 for the procedure itself. Could have just said that from the beginning. Everything else is an up sell, which is why they refuse to give you the price over the phone. Then they have the nerve to refuse to refund the $65 exam that they "required" in order to get the price. Terrible customer service and even worse business practice. They can have their $65 because neither of my pets will ever return.

Dr. Collins and the vets are Brookschool are THE BEST. We have six dog kiddos and we will not be bringing our dogs anywhere else. Sue at the front desk and staff always take care of you no matter the circumstance. You will not regret coming to Brookschool and I highly recommend them in your care for your kiddos!

We switched from a previous vet and of course had a hot spot. Never went to Brookschool Vet before and they did everything to get us in same day. These guys are amazing!!! Dr Schulz - thank you for understanding and care. I will never need to find a new vet for my big babies! You guys are truly amazing. THANK YOU!

Have been going here for years. Pam, the old receptionist, really set the bar. Been trying to like this place since but the receptionists are rude and very short. Love- love-love Dr. Collins and the other vets but just can't get over the rudeness of the front desk. Will be going elsewhere.

We have just moved to town and we're looking for a new vet for our little dog. I found this vet and we decided to give it a go. They were very welcoming and nice. We got to meet Dr. Mozeika. She was very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this vet to others who are in search for a vet. I am so glad we found this vet!

We re-located to Indy and almost immediately, our pet Golden Doodle Stanley had a health scare. After researching and contacting several vet services, we decided to have him examined at Brook School Road. After having a thorough examination by a very capable Dr. it was immediately determined that surgery was required. All DVMs and team members were extremely professional during Stanley's procedure and after care. Everyone offered kind words and reassurances to both parents and Stan. We found all team members to be friendly, concerned and very pet focused. Brook School Road IS our new vet service AND grooming facility.

They have been amazing!! My dog is having several issues after being adopted and they have gone above and beyond to make sure he is being well taken care of and have suggested so many helpful things! I’m so thankful for them!

Thank you again for providing excellent care for our fur baby, Mudge! Dr Cable and staff are amazing! The recommended course of treatment combines what is best for the pet as well as keeping cost in mind. I always leave feeling as though they care for our pets as their own. I also love the follow up calls, emails, or texts to check in on how they are doing after a sick visit. Shout out to Claudia who always puts our nervous guy, Charlie (Charles) at ease. Highly recommend!

The staff and the veterinarians are excellent here. We have received nothing but the best care for our dogs. They also have an overnight line that you can call for after hours questions, which is awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
