Great Clinic and super friendly staff. They were able to see me the same day for 2 dog vaccines and prices weren't absolutely horrible (ie banfield) I believe Ethan was the individual that helped me, they had mentioned they had been there 3 months and management should know they have acquired a great employee! We had minor computer issues and everything was dealt with in a professional manner and I will definitely be back! Great job team ?

The staff is knowledgeable and they don't pressure you into making a purchase for your pet. The office is always clean and there is always a smiling face to greet you/your pet when you come into the office. The kindness of the staff is very appreciated.

Dr. Duckett and his staff are the best. They didn't have great news about Gunner but still showed me so much compassion and understanding - they truly care about all their patients.

This is Another place I haven't visited in person. My purpose for calling them was to see how much they charge for spay and neuter services. Although they were expensive, they had some programs. They were trying to tell me about over the phone. But I have not visited this place in person and they were very informative and polite on the phone.

Dr. Duckett has always been a terrific help anytime I bring my two wiener dogs in. He is also one of the best looking vet's I have ever seen. Dr. Duckett, if you read this, I would like to extend a firm offer to accompany my mother and I to a Welsh rabbit dinner. Thank you everyone at Broadripple pet and wellness for always being amazing to work with!!

This was our first time coming into this clinic. The team at the Broad Ripple clinic were able to get us in on short notice and it is much appreciated! Dr. Duckett was very thorough and helped answer any questions we had. Courtney and the the rest of the staff were also very nice and you can tell they care about your pets.

I’ve used this company for years for my dogs. For some reason, this year I’ve had more issues than ever. I’ve got two dogs in pet prime and have auto payments on. One has been perfectly fine and the other wasn’t going through. I sent emails, left voicemails and have had no response to my messages. I received an email stating I owe over $200 for the account and I need to close it. I sent an email back telling them to take it out of my account. They never did and now claim I owe $500. Seriously, if this is your job… just DO BETTER. We went there for your prime deal but it’s not even worth it anymore

Pet wellness clinics are by far the best clinic I’ve taken my pets to. I take my rabbits to the springmill pet wellness clinic and my dogs to the broad ripple clinic. My pets are always taken care of so good, I am relieved to have found a knowledgeable vet who really takes time to explain things to us to make sure we understand everything. The staff is also very friendly!

Dr. Duckett and staff are so incredibly kind and thorough! All of my questions are always answered and my concerns are always addressed. My dog has had a long history of health issues and the staff is always so kind and Dr. Duckett's integrity, dedication, knowledge and compassion never goes unnoticed.
Also, the office staff is always wonderful on the phone and fast with responding to telephone calls, scheduling and assisting with perception refills.
I recommend any of the Pet Wellness Clinics - but especially Broad Ripple - to everyone !

We've been going to Broad Ripple Pet Wellness for a few years now, and in general, we've been super happy with the service. In particular, Dr. Duckett has been absolutely wonderful to work with and we do recommend him. He's very thorough and always takes a lot of time to answer all of our questions and make sure we're comfortable. Recently though, I've been a little frustrated with a few things. We came in to get their annual vaccines in November, and thought all were taken care of. We recently had to add on an additional vaccine to meet the requirement of our boarder ahead of a vacation, and we got that taken care of here. We came in once at the end of December for the first dose and again just a few days ago for a booster and were never told that another two vaccines were coming due within the next few weeks. Now we have to get another appointment on the books and spend even more time and money on appointment costs and everything that goes with it to get two more vaccines done in a super short amount of time. I imagine there must be some sort of changes happening in the office, or maybe just growing pains, because we do feel like there was a much higher attention to detail previously. In any case, we might look into other options, but I still want to leave it at three stars because we've really enjoyed the veterinarians we've seen at this clinic. Hopefully things can improve and get back up to the level they're usually at.

The doctors here are very friendly and helpful and have always explained everything to us very patiently. We are very happy with the service and the care that they provide at Broad Ripple pet wellness clinic.

Profits over pets.The doctor there ordered test after test without explaining why or even giving us the results or his opinion about what was happening. When I asked him to explain why he was so freely spending my money he told me he “(would) not be challenged.”They fill the examination rooms with clients and then make them wait for 20-40 minutes regularly without checking in them. They don’t respect their patients, the owners, or your time. They lack competence and professionalism. I think you would be better taking any pet you really care about anywhere else.
