A list of reasons I would recommend BRAC:
1. The clinic is very responsive to what I feel my dog‘s needs are and addresses them quickly.
2. Weekend hours.
3. Everyone is extremely kind.
4. Every vet I have encountered takes time to explain what is going on with my dog, what the options are, and what they recommend doing (and why). I do not ever feel like I’m being talked into extras or things that I do not think will enhance my dog’s life or quality of life.
5. They send reminders via email for vaccine updates. Always helpful for me.
6. In this time of Covid, the curbside drop off/pick up and phone consultations is convenient and smooth.
An extra shout out to Dr. Rice who discussed, at length, my dog’s issue and plan of care with me. She detailed recent evidence about different therapies and was willing to chat with me about the pros and cons of complementary and alternative medicine. Her bedside (or whatever the term would be in the world of veterinary medicine) is exemplar.

I cant recommend this place enough! You can tell they really care about your pets. They spent a lot of time to thoroughly explain our cats diagnosis to us recently. Been going here on and off for 5 years due to moving. Other clinics were never as good so we always ended up making the trip to come back here. Even an hour out at one point! This place is worth it♡

I took my dog there as a new patient. We live 45 minutes away, but it was worth the drive! Dr Jones and staff were very nice. My dog got a clean bill of health. I like the pet wellness program they offer!

I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough for BRAC. My cat, who our family adores, began showing symptoms of a UTI. I couldn't get her in to our normal vet or anywhere else on a Friday. I called BRAC. They had no openings but asked her symptoms. She said that she would talk to the doctor and call me back. She called me back and the doctor said that with her symptoms, it was important that she be seen. That, to me, shows someone who truly cares about the care of an animal. They got me in that afternoon. My cat is high anxiety and I was nervous on if she would even let them do anything. But they were able to get a urine sample and exam her. The nurse was so calming. Dr Nuemann is the nicest, most caring doctor. I never felt rushed. The showed such compassion. I also feel the cost was fair. The quoted me a price for the urine sample and reduced it. It is VERY clean and they were sanitizing the rooms as they were walking me back. They offer you a variety of sodas/water while you wait. If you are wavering on if you should bring your pet here, do not wait. I highly recommend BRAC and will be changing vet care to here.

I have nothing but good things to say about this vet clinic. Our greyhound usually sees Dr Neumann, who is great. We’ve seen other vets when he’s unavailable and have had positive experiences. Highly recommend.

yIg i could give more stars I would! The only clinic that has finally had my Boston’s allergies under control. The entire staff is professional and very personable. I would recommend this clinic with out hesitation

This place is by far the best place I have ever been for vet care. The staff are always professional and kind. You can tell they really love what they do because we always feel welcome when we come in and give such love to our pups. We normally see Dr. Neuman and he has an amazing bedside manner. I know he is busy but he always takes the time to listen to our questions/concerns and never makes the appointment feel rushed. Our dogs are nervous at the vet but seem to calm a bit when he starts talking to them. The office offers a super convenient health payment plan that covers their semi-annual visits and nearly everything that comes with them. The price is reasonable and varies on the age of your dog. This really is a wonderful place to go!

One of our dogs is seen by BRCA and we’ve (sadly) had two put to sleep at BRCA, and a third cremated after a sudden and unexpected passing.
Overall, the staff is professional and kind. The space is clean. The prices are fair. I’d recommend BRCA based on that.
The rest of this review is mostly a rave review for Dr. Neumann, who we’ve never encountered a vet like.
The dog we take to see Dr. Neumann is deaf and has a lot of inexplicable anxieties, one of which is going to the vet. He’s failed several vets as extremely reactive, but Dr. Neumann (and a perfect cocktail of sedatives and a muzzle) was incredible with him, learning how to work with our dog and get him appropriately checked and treated.
We have sadly had three pet deaths involve BRCA. Every single encounter has been handled with the utmost professionalism and respect. We recently had to say goodbye to our adored shihpoo, and happenstanced to receive Dr. Neumann’s care. On an impossibly hard day, he was kind, and so thoughtful of space while somehow also being attentive to us. He held the best possible space during a very hard time. It was seen, felt and appreciated. Thank you.
