I wish I could give zero stars, and it’s incredibly sad as Brad’s was the only place I’d wash my car. The passenger side of my vehicle was scratched pretty significantly after going through their drive through car wash. I retuned to file an incident report only to be told “There’s nothing in their tunnel that would do that, and nothing they can do.” Not so much as an apology. I’d avoid this place at all costs, unless you want your car to look like this.

Usually really happy with my experience. Brad's a great guy. However I'm here at 7:24pm and the gate is closed. They've still got cars inside being washed and vacuumed. Hours are posted to choose @8pm. Very disappointed

I don't think this place is monitored very well because I did not get the tire shine last time and I paid for it ...It's not the first time I've had the problem

My wife and I stopped here because we wanted to vacuum out an old car we were giving to her adult daughter. We really didn't want to have to pay for a carwash because we didn't want it blowing out the small amount of rust on the vehicle, so I spoke directly to an employee. I would have gladly paid a small fee to use the vacuums. The employee told me that the vacuums were free no matter if we paid for a wash or not. They use it as a hook to draw people in for a car wash. We appreciated it so much, my wife who was following me in her car decided to get an automated car wash. And the car looked great! We can't recommend this place enough!

Don't waste your money .
Horrible place to wash your car .
Staff was very rude and hateful
Car wash didn't get my car all the way clean and most of the vacuums do NOT work !!
This would be a great place to start an actual carwash if they fix things and get new friendly staff!

Just watched a Brad's employee finish washing a car by hand because the tunnel went down. Way to go above and beyond! You really made someone's day!

Love you can wash your own car!!!
Wish vaccums weren't so awful ?.
The drive thru is same as any can always cause scratches. Better to wash your own.
