Their pump clamped my chip-reading card for nearly 2 minutes. I get that it’s for security, but it shouldn’t have taken that long. Then it wouldn’t even dispense the gas. Now I don’t even know if it ate my money or what. Avoid at all costs.

2 male employees have a cash purchase/change scam going. Watch larger bills. They'll insist together you didn't give them $20 and short change you. Old trick by dishonest cashiers. Also watch prices you are charged for drinks. They'll overcharge if they think they can get by with it. Good at their old game.

Needed air in my tire initial PSI 27. Used my card the machine took my money. Went inside to ask if they could help me with the machine or give me my money back. There was a older Indian gentleman who told me the machine was broken. There was no sign on the machine. It actually made my tire more flat that it was PSI dropped to 12 after using the machine. I continued to try to explain to him that the machine took my money and made my tire flat. He didnt care at all so I had to risk ruining my tire, lost 2 dollars and risk ruining my rim driving to another gas station. He refused to refund ,this place is a joke and I will file a complaint with the BBB.

Horrible Gas station! They are very over priced! And need to be shut down! I was charged Double almost triple for a product and when I showed proof I was over charged he offered me a $1! That was an insult and a Slap in the face! They need to create a 0 Star rating because that’s what they Deserve!

My car got a flat tire and I had the misfortune to get stuck at this BP. Their air machine was out of order, and they couldn't be bothered to at least post a sign. I went inside to call for a tow, and the clerk kicked me out of the building into 10 degree weather outside while I was waiting for the tow truck to arrive. He said he would have problems with his boss because I was staying inside for too long. I am furious at how poorly I was treated in a time of need. This place does not deserve your business!!

After having car trouble, my wife who is six and a half months pregnant was kicked out of the BP Station at Southport Rd and Madison Avenue , into 10 degree weather. She had been in the store for 45 minutes and was waiting for a tow truck, which was on the way. The clerk behind the counter said it was not his problem and did not have any issues sending a pregnant woman into sub freezing weather. If this is the caliber of employee BP hires, I for one will never do any business with BP again!

Their are no prices anywhere. Makes me feel like the clerks are making up prices based on how much they like you.
