Neighborhood gas station. I can walk here within 5 mins. Been here 6 years I know all the gas station attendants, they treat like family after being around. Not gonna lie surrounding neighbor can be rough at times.

It’s honestly a decent store. A lot of variety. However, they do not except EBT and there are generally panhandlers outside.
