I received assistance from a young man while shopping as a first-time western shopper. He offered valuable advice and assisted me in putting together a well-coordinated outfit for the event I was attending. Although the pricing is on the higher side, the exceptional quality of the clothing is noteworthy! I would definitely return for shopping whenever I am in need of western clothing.

Unfortunately this location was out of stock of the pants I was looking for, but the staff was very helpful. One of my favorite Boot Barn locations to this date.

Decent selection for us guys with big feet, but the prices are pretty much full retail. I bought a pair of boots there, and would have bought a second different pair, but the price was crazy. I found the exact same boots online for half the price.

Love the store. I feel the prices are a little high. Quality is good, but $70 for a hoodie is kinda crazy. Friendly staff and clean store! Online or for in store pick up was great!

I bought a pair of $250 work boots 3 days ago and the soles are splitting on them. Drove an hour to the store today and they told me there’s nothing they can do because they don’t warranty that brand. I either have to drive 2 states away or call the company that makes the boots. This is just plain stupid. Why carry a product you can’t back or warranty? Especially at these prices. They preach customer service but can’t help with any issues

I ordered a pair of boots on November 1, they never submitted the order. Now it’s the 14th still no boots and zero help from management, great business.

Best customer service out of any store I’ve ever been to! The employees are some of the most friendly folks you’ll ever meet. They have a huge inventory and it’s a very good shopping experience! I highly recommend shopping at Boot Barn!
