This store has the worst costumer service. The lady working and her boss was very rude and disrespectful to my elderly father. They wouldn't even give their names,they said they didn't have to give out their names. They basically called my father a liar. I will never go back to that store and I don't recommend anyone to go there.

My service was disconnected after a representative failed to place me in the $50 a month plan and I was instead charged $3 a day for 15 day. Then when I tried calling in for support the representatives have placed me on long wait times and disconnected the call. This has been going on since 8:30am and it is now 2:30. The boost mobile call center representatives should be placed under investigation by their superiors. Odiously COVID is showing them to treat customers any kind of way and disconnect calls. We pay our money for services there is no way anyone should be treated like this.

Boss is tight bring in that bag. I have been working here for 2 months and it is a cool hob if you can make sells and the regional manager Imad is awesome. It is cool that after your training you get in your own store and you have no-one standing over your shoulder. Just handle your business and bring in money and the boss will be super happy with your work. Hours are long days but it is worth it as long as you get the sales you make commissions.

This is a very unprofessional establishment. The supervisor Imad has the worst employee working this store front. Cindy is an extremely rude salesmen. Her unprofessionalism has drove me to leave boost altogether. I asked her for the store number so I could report her to corporate and she said their store phone did not work. She said if I wanted a number I had to take the number off the door. I then proceeded to ask for a business card she rolled her eyes grabbed one and threw it. Then she began to speak in another language and the customers behind me started laughing. I will be contacting the better business bureau expeditiously. If I could rate a 0 I would.

They gave me a insurance pamphlet because it is damaged. i was going to buy a new one but after she looked at it she said to try to see if they could replace it. And they are. It was clean and will go back.
