Great experience at boost store today. Got everything i need fast efficient and easy. The rep was very smart knowledgeable and nice. I've been a customer with boost for 10 years and this was the best experience I've had in store.

I went to pick up my Amazon delivery at 5:30 pm and the store had the open sign light on, the actual Boost Mobile sign above the door illuminated/ turned on. However the door is locked, the inside lights are off and no one is visibly in the store. No one answered the phone either. I really think this is a huge inconvenience and I would like to know how can someone close 30 minutes before the scheduled store hours, I hope this does not happen too often. I now remember why I switched my phone service providers to T Mobile. I will never use this location as an Amazon locker because it is unreliable, good thing there was nothing I needed today or tomorrow, hopefully nothing has happened to my delivery as being whoever is running the location is incompetent of carrying out operational job duties.

The lady manager at the counter is stealing Amazon packages and being rude about it! I called Amazon today to see when they came to grab packages from this location. Amazon said your package is still there and available. I said she told me no it wasn’t laughed at me and told me I should have picked up when it was ready. She was rude nasty and now she is being labeled as a thief! Anybody that shops amazon don’t get it sent to this hub. The manager is lazy rude unhelpful nasty. Really shouldn’t even be in a high position. She is a disgusting disgrace to boost mobile. Is this the best you can hire? A thieving rude lady like her? She’s a thief! Amazon just confirmed to me they never picked it up and they had to refund me money. She needs to be fired NOW

The team at Linwood would love our people to know that we are here to help out when we can. We are cleaning up the store and the building a new customer base and have a lot of promotions going on for new and switching customers. We are sorry for any bad past experiences but we are all only human and have our days as well but we super excited to welcome everyone to come visit us at Linwood with the two new fresh faces that have been working in the store now for the past year and we love our customers.

My service was disconnected after a representative failed to place me in the $50 a month plan and I was instead charged $3 a day for 15 day. Then when I tried calling in for support the representatives have placed me on long wait times and disconnected the call. This has been going on since 8:30am and it is now 2:30. The boost mobile call center representatives should be placed under investigation by their superiors. Odiously COVID is showing them to treat customers any kind of way and disconnect calls. We pay our money for services there is no way anyone should be treated like this.
