The last time I was in this boost store the man didn't even get up out of his chair! He was ready to send us away before he even knew what I needed ! I'm hearing that they have new management...I hope and pray that means new employees at this location, at night too!? I mean they are my carrier but that's going to change because I've had really bad mobile data for a long time! Every time I go in to have it fixed, they make up some reason. I don't do anything to compromise the internet. For example: the one guy on W. Washington st. told me it was because "I had to many permissions allowing to many things" ? ?, like what??? I'm not even half way within my storage, get real my guy! It's something new every time though. Good luck on having them as a carrier, if u do ...I won't do it every again! I had better service with total wireless from Walmart! (No kidding).

I recommend NOT EVER buying a phone from boost mobile. I been a VERY loyal customer for 11years & I never had a problem with them until buying a phone that was never sent to me. I am hoping no one goes thru what I went thru with boost mobile. If you don't already know they are switching to a 4G network and which is why I bought a new phone through them. I really trusted you guys & you guys fail several times this past month to help me out. Sadly I will not continue to be with this Savage phone company whom do nothing to help there communities or customer in need. If u don't believe just ask the boost mobile community.

My service was disconnected after a representative failed to place me in the $50 a month plan and I was instead charged $3 a day for 15 day. Then when I tried calling in for support the representatives have placed me on long wait times and disconnected the call. This has been going on since 8:30am and it is now 2:30. The boost mobile call center representatives should be placed under investigation by their superiors. Odiously COVID is showing them to treat customers any kind of way and disconnect calls. We pay our money for services there is no way anyone should be treated like this.
