UPDATE: Boost Exectutive branch contacted me and cared about what I had to say. They did there best to make it right. So Boost is ok but STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, THEY ARE CROOKS!
Went in to.file claim, at 1st they said I didn't have insurance, but I did. Then they gave me a number to call so I called it & they gave me another # to call, so I did. 20$ deductible and a 2 week waiting period. Here's the bad part, while on the phone filing my claim the clerk said if I didn't want to wait he can offer me 50% off a new phone, so I went for it. I got the phone & thought I got a good deal because I'm such a "loyal valued long term customer" looked it up the next day and there was no valued long term customer deal and there was no 50% percent off. I paid the actual retail price that Walmart sells it for. I was lied to, conned and downright scammed. So was my mother turns out. Stay away from this store, they are liars and cheap con artist that will say or do anything to get your hard earned money. This is no exaggeration or miscontruing of words. They scammed me & I did report them there corporate owners (dish), the FFA and the BBB. This should be criminal as they are crooks. GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE.

I've seen several eviewd about boost I haven't found many problems with them Verizon is kinda cheap kinda expensive an tmbile I didn't like it at first I loved it buy starred to not like it metro is mediocre not to bad att have had for a long ime 10 years or so and I thought they were expensive for the phones an the plan! Paying for a phone service socks an is hard to find a good one but most of the people working have said h same thing. I believe all cell towers are the same now and they run off it together but im sure the more data you use the slower it gets also depends on your data plan!

The boost store on s.keystone, would NOT recommend it, people there don't help,just want to sell another product, same goes for store on 31 and southern Ave. At least the lady at the greenwood store was nice. BUT I've been a customer for over 13 years and have decided that I'm going with another company

The guy working was very rude,I've always been on a family plan he tried saying that I was not, I've been through them for years last year have had nothing but problems with my service, will be definitely going to some where elesthrough a different provider.

Very rude. Idk for what reason, he started spraying like a air freshener or something right after I asked him questions about my account. That was very very insensitive and rude. If you're going to do something like that, at least wait for the customer to leave. I have medical issues that can cause odor and I take real offense to what he did. It upset me lot. I am definitely going to cancel my service with boost mobile. I was thinking about actually staying with them. But definitely absolutely not now.

While other boost stores refused to enroll me in the ACP PROGRAM! The young Lady at this location in Greenwood was not only extremely helpful, but smiled the entire time ! It was very delightful to have someone assist me knowing there was no commission or money involved!!!! Yet she did it with a smile! Thank you deeply an I think her name was Deja sincerely thank you
