I have never been treated so bad by a "customer service rep" in my life. The woman was rude and arrogant from the get go. I dont know what her name was because she didn't have a name tag on. She got an attitude when I showed some frustration because the 25 dollar plan they all of a sudden couldn't do and now it was going to be 35 dollars. Kept telling me a phone that I called about and was told could be activated they couldn't activate which okay whatever. It was the way she handled the entire thing. I explained the reason why I was even there was because I was told I could activate the phone and that my daughter is a Type1 diabetic and just needed a cheap phone plan so her sugars can be monitored at school. She kept telling me I could just wait a few days until they could do that plan "it wasn't a big deal" YES! IT IS A BIG DEAL WHEN MY DAUGHTER COULD DIE IF HER SUGAR DROPS AND IS NOT BEING MONITORED. I understand my problem is not hers but to be rude and arrogant and say that it's not a big deal if I can't monitor her sugars for a few days is outrageous. That woman needs to be fired. I've been in customer service for 8 years and I have dealt with some of the worst people but never would I speak to them the way I was spoke to today. Do not waste your time at this store because you will most likely get treated like I did if you act even the slightest bit frustrated. If she had looked at me and said ma'am I'm sorry there is just nothing I can do but here are some other options for you everything would of been great, but no she decided she'd rather sit at her desk and drink her coffee and not be bothered.

BEST PHONE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The sales associate, Isabella, went above and beyond. She laid out all my options and helped me pick a plan and phones best for my family and budget! I know there are a lot of stores in the city, however it's worth the drive the 29th and high school road. Thanks BOOST AND ISABELLA!
