Needed a new sim card, salesman said that my phone Moto7 wouldn't take it, and wanted me to purchase a new phone! So I called Boost...the salesman was lying to me just to make a sale?I'll never go there again! And it's in my neighborhood

Sales representative seemed preoccupied even though I was the only customer in the store. Left very dissatisfied. Ended up ordering my new 5G phone online. Almost switched companies due to his lack of interest in helping me.
