“Great food, Good Coffee, & Cozy atmosphere. All for a sweet price!The top floor is dog friendly. I’ll often bring my book & furry friend whenever I visit. I highly recommend their lunch sandwiches. Their coffee selection is a little limited, but their Banana Foster is great!”

“I love half priced books! They had a great selection of video games! They had PSP, Wii, DS, 3DS, Switch, PS2, PS3, PS4, Original Xbox, Xbox 360, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One! Most PS3/Xbox 360 games we're selling for around $5-$10 but some were more. Not sure about others though. Also had a PS3 Slim for $75 not bad! Also, great selection of books, DVDs, CDs, and magazines! But this is a very good place for video games!”
“I ordered a golf instruction book that helped me immensely when I started playing over 50 years ago. They got it and I was able to pick it up two weeks later. I always find something used by my favorite authors....and they have New products such as Calendars and stationary available.”

“EDIT: Late March 2024: I upped my rating from 4 to 5 stars because I realized that using the membership coupons can make your books cheaper than online (anywhere) depending on what you pick. Very nice member perks if you like to buy / read a lot.
Positive: Great feel to the store. It is easy to read the signs around the store with the book genres. I am happy to have visited (more than once), and I plan to return. They have a good selection of manga in stock, and most manga books are in perfect condition.
Negative: BAM will not match their own online prices if you buy in store. You must order online and select In-Store Pickup to get the online price when at the store. Since I would rather see the book's condition before buying, I am OK paying the in-store prices if I drop in.”

“I stopped here for a flight of beers and I was really impressed with the concept of the place. Combining games, books, and beer is a great idea, and it makes for a space people can spend a lot of time in. Their beers were good, and I bought a few to go too. I’d love it if there were more places that combined things like this. It’s just a lot of fun.”

“Came to see the Indianapolis men's chorus. Fast moving well programmed Christmas Show. Facility & sound was great. Scene changes on point. The only problem was determining where the theater was within the University. First time there so I was very unsure and had a very hard time locating the theater.”

“Lots of books for $1 when I visited, but I only found some Disney coloring books worth wanting to purchase. The games were somewhat interesting, with a surprisingly large variety of sub-types for the classic boardgame "Monopoly."”
“I graduate in May and will transfer to a university. Ivy Tech has been the best thing that has ever happened to my education. As long as you are smart enough to review teachers before signing up for classes, you will do great. If you have a problem, go to campus, and they will take care of you. Ivy Tech gave me a new start on life.”

“I love bookstores and there are so few of them these days. We visited both Half Price Bookstores this day. The staff is always friendly and it's an opportunity to just walk around and browse so many genre and items. The aisles are set up nicely, and the staff is knowledgeable in helping find those gems you are looking for. Being a used bookstore means the inventory turns over much more frequently and the online search functions are extremely helpful. A great way to spend a Saturday afternoon!”
