Our experience with Greg was outstanding! He helped us find what we wanted right away and gave us space. Everyone in the store was very friendly and professional! We will definitely shop at this location again!

Bobs furniture is a very friendly and great place. There was no pressure sales people. I love the price. I love the choices they had for me to choose from sales person was very nice and very helpful.

Our salesman, Aaron was great, helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. Fun place to shop as they have ice cream and other goodies(gratis) in a little cafe type area, which is a nice little treat when you’ve been furniture shopping all day.

Walked into store without appointment. Customer representative Aaron was very happy and eager to help we cannot make our minds up. He showed us different sets and we were finally able to come up with a decision and got approved. Same day and our furniture will be delivered next week.

The staff was excellent but I came in during a time when the systems were down so availability and pricing and delivery times had changed and became tedious to try to figure out when I came back in. Many thanks to Rob, Scott and Nathan for all of their help.

Changed rating. Couch and love seat has been falling apart since day one. They won't remedy the situation. Their warranty is a joke LOL
