Don't use their white glove delivery service. Our delivery was scheduled for 11:45 - 2pm to be delivered. They didn't show up until 5pm after my wife waited on them all day. Then the Mexican drivers show up and didn't know any English. They smelled like pot and looked dirty. I would not recommend Bob's or especially their delivery service. The sales guy and manager promised you the moon, and what a huge disappointment it was for sure.

I had seen the perfect mid-century modern sofa on Bob's website. I walked in the store and was greeted by John. I asked if they had the sofa and he pointed to the PERFECT sofa I'd been wanting. The right size and color sofa was ordered and will be here in the coming weeks. THANK YOU!

Everyone in the store was very friendly and kind. It was my first time actually buying furniture and I enjoyed this store more than others due to the fact the sales people we around, but never hovering over you to make a decision. Will definitely be back soon.

Scotty L. was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! He gave us the space to explore but was always available for questions we had. Prices were fair and most all of the furniture was in stock!!! (Hard to find in stock furniture with other furniture stores). Do yourself a favor, Go to Bobs & ask to work with Scotty L.!!!

The service was great! The staff were all friendly and willing to help. My Guest Experience Specialist Martin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Martin made sure that I was happy with my choice before leaving the store. Thank the staff for their professional service. Josiah was awesome and gave me a great experience! He walked with me and showed me a ton of options. He gave me the best prices and did it with class. There is A BIG CANDY ROOM, with snacks, coffee and ice cream for FREE!! Just in case you have little ones but I was the baby today. Thank you Josiah for helping me with my children bedroom set. You rock!! Plus finding me a charger for my phone while I cashed out lol. Jim was awesome as well with aspire and very knowledgeable. What a great team. This was the location in Indy (Castleton).
