The only thing I don't like is there's nowhere close to me to bank. I have to drive close to a half hour to make a cash deposit.

This has been my bank for several years. They offer all the products and services I need. The bankers are knowledgeable and helpful, and there's only a short wait, if any, to speak to one.

Carol greeted me but went into her office and I waited for teller to complete transaction in drive thru before she could help me for her to just send me to Carol's office for assistance anyway. If carol would have asked to help me when she greeted me I could've been out and on my way without having to wait

I have loved bmo but recently My online statements have been off I am in the negitive when I thought I had money to spend its very frustrating.. Update I called to resolve the issue and not only did I feel rushed off the phone but was offered no help explanation I wouldn't want rude employees to represent my business

I have banked at this branch for five years and have always been very satisfied with the service and ladies who assist me. They are very friendly and helpful. Very happy!

The lady over the phone was not very knowledgeable over the phone. Know your job and the correct answer before giving out information. All three bankers gave three different stories and the one at this location was snobby and rude. Don't recommend them as a bank.
