The whole experience was great. I'm horrible with names but you know who you are. The staff was warm and friendly. She gave us a wonderful buying experience. She even made a call to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Don't let the small space fool you. They have a lot of great mattress choices. The only reason why I did not leave a 5 star rating is because the mattress I wanted was not on stock. We did leave with a great mattress. Keep up the good work!

Amanda was truly the best salesperson I’ve had the pleasure of working with for any major purchase. I was super nervous going into such a large purchase, especially in past experiences where sales representatives were pushy and tended to be rather rude when I went in another direction. Amanda was the exact opposite. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful in determining what mattress would work best for me. She was super helpful too in making sure I found the perfect bed for my budget and for the qualifications I was looking for. On a personal level, she was truly such a lovely person to speak to, incredibly kind and fun. I highly recommend this location and Amanda if you’re looking for a new mattress. (Thanks Amanda!! We love Sagittarius queens lol! :))

We were looking for a mattress stopped in Sleep Outfitters on W. 86th Street. Amanda was very helpful and patient while I tested several mattresses . Provided information about each mattress I tested. Finally decided on a mattress and set up delivery. Amanda made calls on her day off to check on the status of our mattress delivery as it had passed the window of time we were told for delivery. Appreciate Amanda making the extra effort to ensure we received our mattress on the day we scheduled. Working with Amanda on this important purchase was a pleasant experience.

Amanda was amazing and helped us find a new mattress. Prices are amazing compared to mattress firm and the delivery process was easy. The delivery crew brought it up to my third floor walkup apartment with no issues or complaints.
