Larry at Fleet Feet Broad Ripple was awesome! My wife recently has gotten more into running and started experiencing pains due to bad shoes. He listened to her goals and what was going on, analyzed her gait, and ultimately helped her find a pair of shoes and inserts that has her jazzed to log more miles this fall! Thank you so much for making this process easy. For sure we will be back for more shoes!

Workers here are lacking common sense. Called to see if I could return shoes I bought online from new balance because maps pulls this place up as a new balance not fleet feet. (They knew that) They never mentioned being fleet feet on the phone but they said they could do our exchange. We arrive for them to essentially say this is not new balance we can’t help you, maps brings us up as New balance. Just not sure why they didn’t clarify this on the phone ahead of time and instead made me waste my time coming there!

Excellent and timely service from knowledgeable staff who are realistic about meeting needs for varying levels of runners. The clerk was quite friendly and efficient at getting me out of the pits with fresh rubber to go burn, so that was cool. Plus being located in the heart of Broad Ripple Village, one experiences the bounties of the local running community and its enthusiasm for getting out there! Great spot for particular shoe needs.

We were greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable sales guy when we walked in the door. He listened to what I was looking for in a shoe, asked questions and performed a step and gait evaluation. He then offered a broad range of choices with reasons for each choice. Prices are market. The customer service and selection are great!
