Honestly the worst vet I’ve been too. The doctor will not spend more than a minute with you. They want you in and out as quickly as possible. I do not feel like my pet received appropriate care.

My beloved dog was euthanized Friday by Lap of Love. I regret more than words can say that none of the vets at your clinic ran a simple blood diagnostic panel to identify his illness. Once I went to Animal Allergy and he received appropriate care, his last month was so much better than the torture your staff had him endure... never ending clinic visits, constant medication changes with almost no pain and discomfort relief, a rotating roster of vets with no continuity of care. I sincerely hope pet wellness evaluates their business model so no other beloved animal endures your practice.Edit: Heather a manager of pet wellness did contact me. She offered abject apology’s with no explanation why he received such poor care or why no blood panel was ever done or even suggested. She promised to hold a meeting and discuss my concerns with Binford staff. She stated she was in no position to review the business model but would suggest it

This location is not my main location. I came here because my regular clinic was closed today and my cat had not been eating for a few days. The service sucked. We called in the morning to schedule an appointment. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. We waited about 5 minutes before someone showed up and took us to the exam room. The vet tech was pleasant and asked us about why we were in today, all was good there. Then Dr. Pinkerton came in and saw my cat. My cat has had a history of issues with urinary crystals so I asked about related potential complications that could arise from not eating or from eating a different food from his specialty diet. The vet did a poor job of answering my questions, instead reiterating again and again that we are going to give him an appetite stimulant. I do not feel my concerns were addressed and I'm not confident my cat received the best care for his medical issues. The office location was very modern and very pretty but the rooms were not private at all. The frosted glass doors and thin walls made it easy to hear everything going on in the lobby and adjacent exam rooms, from the dog whining in the lobby to the vet's conversation with the patient next door.Edit:I wasn't going to mention the cost but after we got home, I asked my husband if he felt that this clinic was trying to squeeze us for cash. He confirmed that he did, as had I. After reading the reviews here, I decided it was worth mentioning. I would 10/10 bankrupt myself to care for my cat if it kept him alive and well. However, I do not appreciate having unnecessary procedures or medications pushed on me and my cat, especially in vulnerable times of distress. I am not a vet so I hesitate to say the services we paid for today were unnecessary but I will say that if they were, the importance and value of them were not adequately communicated to us if we went home feeling like the clinic just wanted our money.

As always, the team at Binford has taken wonderful care of our fur kids. I trust them to take the utmost care when it comes to any matter of our pets’ health. Whether that is a check-up or a leg amputation (which they handled fantastically).

The lobby area may need a separated space where pet owners and pets can sit in case of an aggressive or traumatized pet entering the building. At one point there were three dogs and everyone was unsure of how to enter, exit, and proceed to the exam room.Raven was instrumental in finding a quick solution to the issue. She stopped what she was doing and assisted the pet owners by navigating their dogs through the lobby without incident.Thank you to the front desk staff who were extremely helpful and provided unparalleled client/customer service!Raven is from the Zionsville office, so I assume she was on a weekend rotation at the Binford location. She is such a valuable asset to the Pet Wellness team! She was patient, compassionate, thorough, and kind. Thanks again for squeezing Sasha in on such short notice and treating her like one of your own!

They've always been great with my dog. He's getting older, so we're having to make more frequent visits but they've always been quick with getting him the care he needs.

When I called for Peaches to be seen for asymptomatic Lyme disease she was scheduled quickly. I called about Fritz the morning of her appt as he was having an IBD exacerbation. He was added with Peaches even though it was last minute. The doctor was great and both dogs are doing well. Everyone was kind and caring and we will definitely continue their care with you.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chinchilla and Heidi Vos. My chihuahua had needed to be seen asap. They worked us in the same day and within two hours of my contacting them! Upon arrival, we were brought into an exam room immediately. (Which was terrific because my pup is afraid of other dogs.) Dr. Chinchilla and Heidi were extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and took their time caring for my pup. My pup is extremely scared of vet offices and is extremely difficult to hold still to get her nails trimmed. They were able to cut her nails successfully within a few short minutes! She was calm throughout the entire visit, which has never happened before at other vet offices. My pup was completely stress free from the minute we arrive and throughout the entire visit. I will most definitely continue to use their phenomenal services and highly recommend them to other pet owners!!

My dog needed to be seen on a Saturday. I was able to get an appt within an hour at the Binford location. The woman at the desk was very welcoming and we were put in an exam room before we could even sit down. A male vet tech whom we had seen once at the Broad Ripple location over a month earlier was heading to a different exam room and saw my dog and said, “Hey buddy, do you remember me?” That was very sweet.Dr Pinkerton was so wonderful. She was very kind and thorough, explaining everything to me and and putting my mind at ease about my dog’s infection. She even put in an order for a different antibiotic in case the infection didn’t improve by Monday, allowing me to be able to call in without another appt.It was a great experience from start to finish! I am very pleased and would recommend this vet clinic and Dr Pinkerton to anyone.
