Biltwell Event Center provided us with the absolute best experience. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous and just what we were looking for. Taki always had a positive attitude and was dedicated to make my vision come to life. I could tell he really made an effort to make us happy, and it showed. Taki even had a wedding backdrop made for us that was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Biltwell had it all. So many aspects were included in the price which is something I had trouble finding until working with Biltwell. The venue itself has everything you may hope for, indoor, outdoor, balconies, gorgeous entry ways, and great bars. They have furniture, glassware, beautiful farm tables, and so much more. Also, the food was amazing!!! All of the service staff was extremely attentive, positive, and great to work with. The staff was sincere and by our side throughout the entire night for anything we needed. We are so happy with our experience and highly recommend!

We just had our wedding at the Biltwell this past weekend and it was absolutely beautiful and perfect! The staff was soo soo soo friendly and accommodating and welcoming. They were very supportive and friendly with us and made us feel at home throughout the entire process! They were even able to work with us and our budget to make sure the night was perfect! The bridal suite and getting ready rooms were so beautiful, spacious, and perfect!! We love the Biltwell and feel so blessed to have our special day there!! ❤️❤️❤️

The venue's surrounding area is largely industrial and unappealing, especially for romantic events. The bartenders were really rude and unprofessional and purposefully poured the strongest drinks for the guests that they didn't like.

Food is mediocre, the bridesmaids had to clean the mirror in the bridal suite (the smudges would have ruined the photos), the surrounding roads will bend your wheel or give you a flat tire, and the bartenders are unpleasant people who mix mediocre drinks. The smaller of the event rooms will also make it hard to get a decent photo of the wedding party during the ceremony if you have more than 3 bridesmaids and groomsmen- there are prominent columns that are difficult to shoot around. They either don't provide a day of coordinator or the day of coordinator did absolutely nothing because we never saw her once. Not sure what the cost is, but I doubt it's worth it.

The Biltwell Event Center went above & beyond for our daughter and SIL’s wedding. The venue is beautiful, staff is friendly & helpful, and food was amazing. Cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. ❤️

Nothing but a beyond GREAT experience. The staff were extremely approachable and accommodating. Corbin was extremely responsive and one of our main event assistance Lynne, was a Rock Star, so sweet and willing to help with whatever was needed. Biltwell values their guests and fully make you feel WELCOMED! Thank you

A Magical Evening! The Biltwell was the absolute perfect setting for our daughter and new son in law’s wedding reception! From the bridal and groom suites to the cocktail hour with the very popular wine wall, to the late night snacks, guests were treated to amazing food and great service!! The staff along with the owner, Taki, are involved from the very beginning. They make you feel like one of the family! Highly recommend this amazing venue in downtown Indianapolis!!
