We called Best Value, talked to Ken on phone-told him what we wanted. Walked in the door 30 minutes later-he took us to a room, pointed at a mattress and said, "That's the one." It was perfect-but I couldn't believe it was that easy and had to lay on 5 others just to make sure. He was dead on from my description- It was that easy.Very honest guy, explains everything multiple times if you are financing and forces you to look at paperwork (lol). Gives you a great deal-we got a 2900 dollar mattress for 1200 bucks (Box springs included) because we told him that was what we wanted to spend on phone. Next day delivery. So easy- WILL NOT BUY A MATTRESS ANYWHERE ELSE EVER!!!! THE BEST! 10 STAR RATING!

This place is amazing! Great customer service, they have a lot of good quality mattresses to chose from and all at affordable prices. If you're on a tight budget or don't want to pay your rents worth on a new mattress, this is the place to go!

Ken is amazing! They have a great selection of mattresses, will listen to your preferences, and help you find exactly what you’re looking for.Delivery guys were also great. They were quick, courteous, and able to get a king mattress up a not-quite-big-enough staircase. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I discovered this store while searching online for Beautyrest mattresses in my area.Their website offered several Beautyrest models at very competitive prices. The store was a bit far from my house, but the prices were worth it.Just to make sure, I called and asked if they had in store the same products they had on the web. “Yes, we do.” When arriving, I asked for the Beautyrest mattresses. The owner said he didn’t carry those anymore. He had stopped working with Beautyrest for already a long time. The strange thing was that there were Beautyrest pillows all over the place to decorate the mattresses. “I have other models that are just as good. They use the same materials.” The mistake was mine for trusting him without doing proper research. Unfortunately, they do not accept changes or returns. Now my back is paying the price.

Isn't it because they are my friends and brothers in faith, since I congregate in the same church they go to, but won't they find another place where they offer their products at favorable prices and service? They are Excellent!! Visit them you won't regret it.

My husband and I found Best Value Mattress Warehouse via Google about a year ago and bought a queen sized foam hybrid mattress for our guest room. We were so impressed with the quality, price, and Ken’s customer service that we recently returned to buy a new king sized mattress for our master bedroom! We will never shop at a big box mattress store again - Ken’s warehouse is the way to go!

Amazing shopping experience. I can't help but mention the hilariously warm welcome. To top it off, I would venture to say that you're not going to beat the reasonable price points for product quality. If you need a good mattress buy, visit Best Value Mattress Warehouse!

Absolutely amazing to work with. Ken was knowledgeable. He didn't try and upsell me at all. I told him what I was needing for a mattress, and he sold me the perfect one. I could not be any happier and the same exact mattress anywhere else would've probably been double. They delivered same day, and I will, and have already told many people to go to them.

Bought foundations for our king air mattress. Didn't fit height-wise as anticipated. They gladly replaced...despite NOT having to legally. Extremely fair-will be a forever client and recommend to both friends and family!

i have bought 4 mattresses from Ken. cant beat the value, quality or price. he has the same name brands as the big retailers at a fraction of the cost. once you shop with him youll never go anywhere else.
