Just dropped my dogs off. They're cranky old ladies but they are always happy when they realize where we've arrived. The staff here is amazing and look after the animals' happiness and welfare like their own children.

I came across this location through Groupon and after purchasing the Groupon, I have to say I’m more than satisfied. They did a wonderful job on both my Shorty’s groom and also keeping him comfortable during his short stay. Thank you so much…highly recommend Best Friends!!

I had an extremely pleasant booking experience with Best Friends Pet Hotel of Castleton. I was in a pinch due to not having boarding for my babies for spring break. The staff was excellent in answering all my questions and getting me booked for the stay along with some awesome discounts. I am feeling confident that they will tend to all communication and doggo needs based on their excellent customer service!

I love this place! So friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t wait to use their grooming services too. My dog is so scared and this service will help put him at ease. Having the same personal groomer will make him feel more comfortable. They have a place for cats called kitty city. When I checked it out I met a girl that really cares for those cats. The manager was so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you best friends. I’ll see you again soon!!

This is the best place for boarding and care of your pet. I always know my dog is well care for by Josie, Cammie and Karla. Maverick is loooved when she is here and I can rest easy while on work trips or vacation. Thanks team!!

This place was amazing. I have a young but very large puppy and they were so great with him. If they had questions they reached out and asked. When I picked up my big guy he was is a great mood and had clearly been taken care of well. The staff is super knowledgeable about dog breeds which is really nice. I would highly recommend them for your boarding needs!!

Please look at recent reviews. There was a complete change of management and employees. I bring my very diva/demon dog here and she instantly becomes an angel. All of the staff dote on her. She loves playing with the other dogs (which is normal), but the staff is truly in love with animals. Gracie runs into their arms, and she has never done this with any person before. The manager is responsible, personable, and available. I love this place!

I recommend BestFriends if you are looking for a groomer! They are very attentive to the pups and very friendly. They took great care of my pups! They gave me a report card to tell me what services were done, tell me if there was anything they were concerned about, and how my dog did today. I haven’t used them for boarding yet but plan too!

I highly recommend Best Friends Pet Hotel at Castleton for boarding. The staffs are awesome. Cammie went above and beyond to make right a situation that was out of her control the last time we were there. Very pleased with her professionalism and patience. The best thing is our Duke doesn’t come home with an attitude after boarding because he is happy when he is there.

I highly recommend Best Friends at Castleton for dog grooming and boarding. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean every time I go in there. The groomer, Ryan, does a fantastic job with my dog who is finicky about his nails. My dog is always excited and happy when we pull up to Best Friends, which tells me the most about how they treat him when he’s there. The staff is also very knowledgeable about animals and their various needs. The prices for grooming are reasonable too.

Everyone I’ve encountered at the Castleton. location has been wonderful with my fur baby. Teddy has not done well with groomers after a traumatic experience in a fast paced salon 7 years ago. I then started grooming him myself. After a recent surgery I couldn’t lift him so, after much research, I decided to try Best Friends Pet Hotel. Much to my surprise, Ryan was able to work with his fears and get him completely groomed! I love his cut and Teddy was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. Thank you, Ryan, for your patience and a great cut. You are now Teddy’s go-to groomer. Many thanks to Jocelyn, the manager. She is an awesome person and really loves being with our fur babies.
