Beyond terrible. I wish I had checked the Yelp reviews.Customer support is terrible and the quality is below average.I needed the table pad before the holidays. I spoke live with the salesperson, confirmed that I would receive the item and paid extra to ensure that was the case.The item didn't show up and I called to inquire as to the status. I was told that the item slipped through the cracks but they would try to make it as soon as possible... but the salesperson was not happy to help and appeared to make me feel guilty that she was having to do extra work to fix the mistake. Unfortunately, the items failed the quality check and had to be remade again, further pushing out the deliver time.And rather than expediting the shipment via overnight to correct for Berger's 2 mistakes, they chose to ship it standard which ensured that they failed to meet the primary goal I had which was to receive the item by a specific day to ensure I had it for the holidays.I attempted to engage the company to reach an agreeable discount but the company has gone completely silent.Save yourself the frustration and disappointment... do not buy from Berger's. I wish I had not!How does a company like this stay in business?

This company has some serious problems with their technology and their customer service. It's one thing if there is a glitch in the system, I ordered my pads 9/11 and still don't have them as of 11/29 (not in time for Thanksgiving). Sometimes customer service can make up for a system problem but in this case I was supposed to get a call back on 11/20, a call back on 11/22 and a call back on 11/27 and never got one I had to call each of those days myself. And after spending $400 they only gave me $50 back to make up for their mistakes. If your an online ordering system company and that doesn't work AND your customer service is soooo bad what do you have? What can you be proud of? Nothing. Do not order from Berger's Table Pads, find another company.

I ordered a table pad from this company and it arrived in the wrong dimensions. Could not reach customer service after three attempts and left voice messages. Finally after a terse email to the sales associate, received a phone call from him stating that customer service was out for a few days. And then we had a discussion on the dimensions that were ordered. Clearly there was miscommunication. Never order anything over the phone where someone can claim information was not properly provided. Fill out a form that is then saved so there is no doubt. I'd never order anything from this company again. Spent far too much on what is now headed to the trash heap.

Called and spoke to a customer service representative who quoted a price of of $565. When I balked at the price, I was told it would have cost $862 without the discounts and the best they could do is $469.40. I didn't feel good about working with this company. The reasons: 1) the price was outrageous, 2) used car salesman approach - she kept saying they are one of only two companies in the U.S. that make table pads and sent me a screenshot of the alleged competitor's higher price when I asked to cancel my order, 3) seemed deceptive. She attributed the bad Yelp reviews to customers who provided incorrect measurements. Really? All 100+ of them? I am awaiting a refund since my credit card was promptly charged. Not surprisingly, I was able to find a lower price for a thicker pad with another company. Be sure to check customer reviews and research prices before you order!

There was a bit of a mix up with my order, that it took quite a long time to receive, but its absolutely beautiful! Fits very well and is easy to clean. Also wonderful to take off the table to polish the wood on the table. Very, very happy with my purchase!

My ****** table pads are beautiful! The wrong size was ordered and ***************************** made it Right! She even put a rush order on the pads in hope that I would get them before Christmas! I got them after Christmas but it was worth the wait! **************** is the best and the product is Great ! I ordered Opal leather tone top and brown ************* . Love the magnets because they really keep the pads in place !

If I had read the reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints about this company, I would have looked elsewhere for a table pad. I placed my order on August 12, 2022 and found that my credit card was immediately billed, even though the salesman (Chris) told me that would take 8-12 weeks to get my table pad and leaf bags. Yes, the salesman agreed to include leaf bags at no extra cost.The reality is that I called at 12 weeks to say that I hadn't received anything. At that time, I was told that they should arrive "very soon". I waited another 2 weeks and couldn't get through to anyone. The phone rang and rang until it went to a voice mail message. However, l was unable to leave a message because the "mailbox was full". I began calling different extensions until I finally got through to a real person. When I explained the problem, that person redirected my call to the same extension that was unable to accept messages. I called back and told them not to transfer me and to personally talk to whomever was supposed to answer the #2 (awaiting shipment) option.I reached "Noah" and explained that if I didn't receive my order in the next few days, I was going to contact my credit card company to have the order refunded. At that time, I was told that my table pad would be cut that weekend and sent out FedEx overnight. WHAT?!?! They hadn't even started working on my table pad until week 14???!?The following week, I still hadn't seen my order. Again, I had to dial different extensions to get through to a live person. I finally reached my sales person, Chris. He said that he personally packed my order and took it to shipping. I demanded a FedEx tracking number, but he said that FedEx didn't give them a tracking number. I expressed my disbelief that a shipping company wouldn't provide a tracking number for an overnight shipment.Finally, my table pad arrived 2 days later (14 weeks and 5 days after placing my order and my credit card being charged). I'm still dissatisfied because the pad has wrinkles on the edges and imperfections at the folds. The quality is definitely not worth the $367.00 I paid. Additionally, I have not received the leaf bags or table pad bags I was promised. I left a message explaining the missing leaf bags, but have yet to hear from Berger's or the salesman, Chris. I'm doubtful that they will make this right, but I will amend this review if they do. Funny, once I received my table pad, Berger's began sending me periodic ads via email. Do they really think that I'm going to give them any more money?

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a table pad there were flaws. Was not the quality I expected. They do not answer emails. When I call I get transferred to customer service can only leave a messages and NO ONE ever calls back. Very very unhappy. Plus the table pad was NOT cheap.

Buyer Beware!! Ordered on August 1st and still have not received my table pads. Can't get answers to emails or phone call. They charged my card immediately but have delivered nothing. I should have read the reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Years ago we had a square table made for our modest sized dining room, which then made it impossible to find a table cloth that was square and 60X60 inches. I found myself doubling up rectangle tablecloths and creatively folding over round tablecloths with the help of another person just to get them to simply cover the entire table. Do you know those promo flyers that come in your neighborhood mailers? Don't ignore those! I did. For way too long. "Custom Made Table Pads/Tablecloth: 50%-70% Off Everything Blowout Sale!!" One day I decided I'd had enough so I called the 800# and Tammie Pitrelli answered. Five stars for excellent customer service. Tammie took the measurements of our table, explained the custom drape length, and discussed colors with me. She applied that "Blowout Sale" discount and quoted me a very reasonable price for two custom made square table linens. I placed the order December 4, expecting the tablecloths to arrive after Christmas. Wrong! They came about two weeks after I ordered them and fit perfectly. The size and length of drape are perfect and now I can dress my table all by myself! Yay!

Ordered this table pad months ago knowing it would take awhile and got about a week sooner than expected BUT it is a piece of crap!! The colors on the separate pieces don't match!!! The seams don't line up and the magnets don't "click together" !!! As expensive as their products are you would expect something that doesn't look like it was made in China!!! This product should have NEVER been shipped!! I asked if they have any quality control department or an inspector at least!! Someone had to make this and someone had to ship it!! These people need to care more about the products they are making !! Talked to saleswoman I ordered it from and she said they will send out a new one but will be 3-4 weeks!! I sure hope the next one is better because it is unbelievable to me that anyone was willing to send this out!!

Update... worste business ever. They have sent me the cheap pool table pad cover,worthless. I honestly could have made this myself. I also paid for magnetic loc there is nothing magnetic about this. Photo of my bill that they gladly took so quickly!!!! Please if you want a good quility cover do not go with this company.you will regret it. Not to mention the cheap foam that they give to hold up the pool table pad cover.The type they use to secure an Amazon package.
