Go with a different company! They have horrible customer service and you'll be lucky if you get all the parts delivered to you. Their email responses appear to come from a bot service, and you will waste your time trying to speak with a customer service representative. As for the materials that came in, don't expect quality. The finish on their material looks like they lack quality control.

In a world of affordable home gym equipment manufacturers being Online-Only, this was sweet to come across. If you’re lucky enough to live within driving distance of their Indy showroom definitely take the drive. Great people, great equipment, great prices. I started my gym with some other brands but after my experience getting a functional trainer from here, now I plan on filling the rest of my entire gym with Bells of Steel equipment. Earned my business! Can’t wait to see what Black Friday looks like!

Great place! Shane was very knowledgeable and courteous, answered all of my questions. You will not find a better business, or more competitive pricing. Highly recommend to beginners or advanced lifters.

Purchased 2 selectorized Cable Towers from them based on the pictures on their website at ovar $1100 each. Once I received the machines, they were different from what was pictured on their website. I called to find out why and was told I had to purchase additional pieces, which aren't available, to have the machine that is pictured on their website. Nowhere on their website does it say that the pictures are of the machine with the upgrades and the only option to buy is next to a picture of the machine with the upgraded parts. If I had known that I wasn't purchasing the machine in the pictures, I would not have purchased the 2 machines. They told me I could purchase the upgraded parts once they were in stock. Wow. How nice of them. I have purchased over $20,000 worth of equipment for my home gym and am always looking for new equipment. I will never purchase anything from Bells of Steel again.UPDATE:The company sent me the missing pieces after discussing the issue with management. I finally got the time to build the cable towers and use them. They are phenomenal machines. Extremely smooth. Very stable and sturdy. Super versatile.

Fantastic experience at Bells of Steel in Indianapolis. Bill and George were very helpful and went above and beyond to take care of me. If you're in the area and love gym equipment definitely go to the showroom and warehouse.

Overall experience: Fast shipping (and no damage), products as advertised, game changing for home gyms. This year I have purchased three items from Bells of Steel:1. Two 45lbs all black bumper plates2. One pair of deadlift pads3. One 3 in 1 Plyo box (30 x 20 x 24)Bumper plates:I originally got the bumper plates because I live in an apartment and wanted to make a little less noise. The bumpers definitely made a difference on the rubber mat I would deadlift on. The shipping was fast, everything was good on arrival. The plates are as thick as you would expect for bumper plates, the height is nearly identical to my steel 45lbs plates, and the weight is at 45lbs (I weighed them to be safe).Despite bumpers helping with noise, I still proceeded with extra caution by lowering my weights as a snails pace, sometimes making it difficult to deadlift safely.Deadlift pads:The BoS deadlift pads fixed the latter issue. The pads shipped within maybe a day or two of my ordering them (probably came from the Toronto location — I'm in Southwestern Ontario too). Perfect condition upon arrival. After two months of using them, I only regret not buying them earlier. Noise is no longer an issue, I can lower weights safely, and I'm able to add additional exercises such as power cleans. The only caveat is adjusting for height — the deadlift pads raise everything by 6" so I use two small sheets of wood to accommodate the height difference. The deadlift pads are a great idea for anyone working out in a home gym, whether in an apartment or not. Protect your floor, nearly eliminate noise, feel safer.Plyo Box:I bought this for fun to do box jumps. The shipping was quick, and the assembly was easy. You can use glue to make the box extra sturdy, or even assemble by hand without a drill. Whichever way you go, the box is extremely sturdy. I'm around 190lbs right now and feel zero safety issues jumping on the box (it doesn't slip, nor does it shake from my weight). I also have not had issues doing weighted step ups or box squats. If you do want a Plyo box, then I think this is a good choice. The only caveat is protecting your floor. The box is heavy, so pick it up rather than drag across a floor. My pictures are not great quality, and I have random assorted accessories around, but I hope the pictures show that I actually use the BoS stuff in an apartment (where else do you find that sort of flooring and space saving?).

Fantastic product, and service. I had bought a set of BoS bumper plates after adding bumpers into my cart from various vendors for weeks and have had them going on 4 months now. They have stood up to abuse and still look as new.I really like the colour of the plates. Most notable was the fact that these bumpers cost less with the shipping than others even brick and motar stores. The shipping was quick and packed well to protect the bumpers from damage. I'll be looking to purchase additional plates in the near future.Thank you BoS!

I bought the bells of steel belt squat. It showed up packed very well in two boxes. It went together easily considering how heavy duty it is. And it is very heavy duty definitely a commercial grade product. I have it in my house but it could be in any gym.I hadn’t used a belt squat before this and it only took me a couple sets to really get into it. I’ve really liked the band pegs. I almost always use it with bands and weights and find it to be a very smooth constant tension.I would definitely recommend it if your looking for a belt squat bells of steel definitely has there’s act together and shipped it out in a timely manner and delivery was easy.

This is my primary source of my fitness equipment now. Great quality products and very good customer service. I bought my bare naked steel bar, ez curl bar, dead bounce bumper plates (45, 25, 15, and 10lbs) , viking press attachment, fractional and calibrated powerlifting plates, deadlift pads and competition kettlebells (14kg and 16kg), cable pulley and other stuff. My other BoS stuff are in my garage gym (a smaller one). I only happened to have a power rack and bench from another supplier because I got those before I learned of Bells Of Steels after.

After maxxing out on certain lifts with my Functional Trainer, I looked into getting adder plates, but in my search I came across Bells of Steel, which sells a plate pin that has a max weight load of 20 lbs, so I bought 2 and they are all I needed! My stacks go to 165 lbs (with a 2:1 ratio), so by using both pins (1 in front, 1 behind), I've gotten up to 15 lbs on each pin and usually fail at around 6-8 reps (depending on the movement and handle) so I still have 5 lb to add to each pin, although at 69 years old, I think I'm pretty maxxed out! The pins saved me a LOT of money over buying even 1 50lb adder stack, and if I split the adder stack between the 2 stacks on my FT, I'm only 5 lbs less on a stack, which I don't think that I'll ever need. The pins are very well made, and I have a feeling that the 20 lb max load is very conservative, and I hope to find out one day. I only wish that I knew of BoS earlier, but I'm needing a 7' barbell, and the BoS is at #1 right now! I also enclosed a pix of the BoS chains that I also love!
