Bought a bench from bells of steel showroom and loving it so far. Wasn't to hard to put together and sturdy. Guy at the counter(forgot his name) was a great help and seemed enthusiastic about the equipment. Can't wait to continue buying what I need from them in the future.

I have purchased gym equipment from BoS on three separate occasions over the course of 1.5 years. I like this company so much that I have driven there all three times, despite it being a 7 hour round trip. I have the plate loaded lat-pulldown, the plate loaded cable tower, the belt squat 2.0, and the reverse hammer 2.0. All 4 of these machines, along with other smaller products I have purchased from them, are top notch. I highly recommend buying from this company. Additionally, I would like to give a shout out to George. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the all BoS products. I can tell he really loves his job and he makes the experience of direct buying such a great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Bells of Steel, from their showroom staff, to the products themselves, to their customer service support. I have had a beyond 10/10 experience with every member of the Bells staff since my first interaction with them from the staff I emailed questions to everyone who helped me in person. Everyone has truly been SO helpful, so happy to answer questions, incredibly responsive, and willing to go above and beyond.I made two trips to the showroom - once to browse, where they gave me incredible deals on some of their open box pieces in store, and once a week later after I ordered 2 of the weight stack cable towers for showroom pick up at the beginning of January. Picking them up was a super easy and fast process and George was super kind. They didn't have some of the pieces in stock yet so they offered to ship them to me for free for the in store pricing. Items showed up at my door in perfect condition not 3 full days later. I did have to make a return for an item I didn't need (nothing wrong with it, just bought prematurely) and they went above and beyond through the refund process. The refund took a bit longer than expected so they gave me store credit to make up for my time waiting, and were willing to come to a creative solution when the original refund method didn't work.None of this speaks of the actual items themselves, all of which have impressed me to no end. I am so excited to use them everyday. I am an equipment snob and had access to some of the best gyms in Ohio so creating a similar vibe with high quality product that didn't break the bank in my home was important. All of the Bells equipment has been high quality, easy to use, and also just nice to look at. The weight stack cable tower/squat stand combo is one of the best pieces of gym equipment on the market by a mile - the cable quality is incredible, so smooth, and they made great modifications on the product in the 2nd version to make it even better for the customer. The only complaint I can think of is regarding the assembly video and instructions for the cable tower, and it's really only because I KNOW they can do better and I hope they will one day. It's not impossible to figure out, but each one took 2-3 hours easily which is a little wild when the video says 30 minutes.If you are hesitant at all to order from Bells for your home gym space, don't be. You will be impressed and you will have a good experience. I highly encourage visiting the showroom if you have the chance as well - the savings are worth it and it's so fun to see everything in person, plus the staff is a treat.Bells - you have earned a lifelong customer and someone who will sing your praises on social media and to anyone who will listen for a long time. Very grateful for the entire Bells of Steel team.

Go with a different company! They have horrible customer service and you'll be lucky if you get all the parts delivered to you. Their email responses appear to come from a bot service, and you will waste your time trying to speak with a customer service representative. As for the materials that came in, don't expect quality. The finish on their material looks like they lack quality control.

In a world of affordable home gym equipment manufacturers being Online-Only, this was sweet to come across. If you’re lucky enough to live within driving distance of their Indy showroom definitely take the drive. Great people, great equipment, great prices. I started my gym with some other brands but after my experience getting a functional trainer from here, now I plan on filling the rest of my entire gym with Bells of Steel equipment. Earned my business! Can’t wait to see what Black Friday looks like!
