Cassandra and the team were extremely helpful on short notice. I registered for the storage garage online. I had my unit number and gate code within minutes. This facility allows me to manage my Beech Grove rental property and arrange for storage needs for contractors from a central location just of I-465.

10/10!! The only inconvenience is the fact it isn’t open 24/7 but it’s something I’ve been able to work around. I have a temperature controlled unit and love it! It’s easily accessible. They provide tools to help with easy and efficient moving.

Pay a little more and get a place that cares, gate keypad is consistently inoperable and next to impossible to contact anyone, there's no one on site a secondary company and text messages very poorly run business.

My daughter and son-in-law stored their belongings here in between moves. When they picked up their items, they were severely infested with COCKROACHES. Now, they're spending hundreds of $$ on Orkin to ensure these thug-bugs don't infest their brand new house that they moved into this week. Will not use again and will not recommend.
