All the employees are kind and nice and so knowledgeable. We needed new tires on our car and they didn't have an opening but they worked us in anyway. I have never experienced that level of help and care at a car dealership. We have been going to Beck Toyota for 18 years and will only buy cars from them.

Beck Toyota is awesome! I seen a car out of state, the exact spec I wanted with every option I wanted. I was nervous as this is in a whole different state. Trent P made things easy for me as he reached out, gave me info, even gave me a video in real time of the car from different angles. Finally I continued the process and it was as easy as flying in, then sign and drive! I mean, in a way, this was easier than a “in State Local” purchase. I never thought it’d be this smooth. I want to give a huge shoutout to Beck Toyota, the crew, the team and Trent P as everyone was inviting and welcoming since I landed. Trent, Thank you so much for all the support and guidance throughout the process. If I was to do the process again, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Keep it up Beck Toyota, you guys Rock!!!!!!!

A simple oil change for my truck turned into a nightmare recently. Despite bringing it in for service and receiving a bill to pay and the confirmation service was done , the maintenance required light remained on when I returned to my vehicle. I went back to customer service to explain the issue, only to find that the oil change sticker on the window had not been updated either.
Feeling concerned, I decided to inspect the oil myself under the hood, and to my surprise, it had not been changed at all. When I brought this to the attention of service advisors again, they treated me dismissively, which was frustrating.(to busy for me)
Afterwards, I checked online and discovered that the oil change had not been recorded against my truck's VIN. This disappointing experience, has convinced me never to return to this place. It's a stark reminder of how crucial it is for basic procedures like oil changes to be carried out diligently. Frustrated by the oversight, I took matters into my own hands and got the necessary supplies from AutoZone to perform the oil change myself.
Beware trust but verify.
