From start to finish, this was a stellar experience. The finished product is better than we anticipated. The expert advise from our sales personnel put us at ease from the start. Email and text updates were sent while we waited for our product. Our installation master was friendly, courteous, and efficient. It took one day to remove the old tub, prepare the space for our new walk-in shower and install the new shower. I am a bit embarrassed to say he left the bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived! I highly recommend Bath Experts.

They were very informative during this whole process and it only took a few hours. They even can out on a Saturday to work around my work schedule. Extremely happy with the entire process. What do I like about this business? What's not to like. I shopped around and did my research. I couldn't do it myself with the same quality of materials and certainly no where near the professional outcome for the price. Would recommend 100%. The folks from Bath Experts told me they would be at my house today for installing a new shower. They called ahead of time and showed when expected. They were professional, putting down protective materials to protect my floors and very nest in their work. The installation was more rapid than I expected and they kept me abreast of their progress.
