Could not have been more friendly or helpful!
I came into their office 10 mins before closing without an appointment. Rather than making me feel rushed or unwelcomed, Kristin took her time and even took extra steps to help me.
She solved my issue fast. Did all of the work for me. Was such a relief.
I'm not saying to show up last second yourselves... but! It certainly highlighted the customer service here

Awesome folks here at Bart Hile Agency! They stay in touch about policy changes, help with all your questions and needs, and does your insurance agent call you to say Happy Birthday? Mine does:) I had a towing claim and received my reimbursement check 2 days later. I can't say enough about the girls in the office, give them a call and see for yourself!

Kristen Basey was so awesome. She explained the coverages for my Car insurance in a way that made since. I was also in the market for life insuranxe.
