Arrived 20 mins after 9am on a Friday. Branch was locked, no one inside. Bank employees walked to the door after I left and went inside. Since when do banks get to open at any hour they want?

Waited for over two hours just to be told to go to a different branch for a small verification they could have done. Associate need to learn how to understand customers and not have a fixed mind on different issues. Changing my bank soon to where associates care about customers

This place really needs management, they have security guy answering questions , and he didn’t have any idea who I need to speak too . Stop letting the security guy do your job .
