Completely unprofessional. I try renting a car from them. I made a reservation. Got a confirmation. Talked to a lady on the phone to confirm they had a car and what it would cost upfront. Get a phone call saying they don't actually have any cars and they will be cancelling my reservation.

Why even have a phone number listed if you don’t answer. Yet when I walk into the location you answer the phone that I’d been calling back to back for an hour prior to driving there. Customer service 1/10.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The person working here was the most unpleasant, rude, unhelpful, unprofessional. She acted like we were a total inconvenience to even be alive. We had major issues and ending up cancelling because she was so supremely unhelpful. She made this experience the worst. I would NEVER recommend this location and will certainly never be back, if ever at all. I’ll take my money elsewhere

This particular location was the worst and most traumatizing experience I've had at ANY car rental business.I wouldn't even know where to start, but at the point they wouldn't let me keep the car to Uber and left me to walking down Keystone in 90 degree heat with nowhere to go.She asked for two payments and said I hadn't paid the previous Friday when I was able to show physical proof.So I did owe one payment. That's not usually why big deal to them because they know I can pay that in one day of driving.The manager had supposedly left to go to another store when really she was hiding from me out backSketchy and unethicalTHEN, unauthorized, they took $1,900 from my bank accountPretty d*** move. Here we come.

Really horrible experience I had a reservation to pick up a car for Uber I ask over over on the phone is the car was available and the told yes I spent money going there and she told she had no car but had a handful of keys letting me know she need to check if these cars was ready for Uber that sheen trying to input into the system for weeks..basically lazy and not doing her job no empathy told me she would call me back call her and simply told me no cars while I waste money when I’m trying to make money and have limited time to complete my profile and I contacted customer service and they informed me that there is cars available for Uber but when I call she tells me there’s is no car because she holding to 20 plus keys and not implementing into the system..thank you for wasting my time and money

I had made a reservation through Kayak to rent a car while mine was being worked on.When I get there, their computers were unworkable and they told me they were unable to rent to me and to go somewhere else.This was really fun because I had work trip I had to complete in the afternoon. Needless to say, that didn't happen.I spent $25 in Uber fees getting there to be told that I wasted my time.

I wasted $35 traveling across town for a car that I'd booked online when it WASN'T EVEN AVAILABLE!! Then I was sent to another location where there STILL wasn't a car available for me!! This was all AFTER I'd called to confirm all my rental details and any documents that were necessary upon my arrival. I cannot say enough about what an inconvenience Avis Car Rentals was to my day yesterday. If you can't take reservations properly or even prep your customers about what to expect..maybe stop trying to rent cars to folks?

This was the only place in town I could get a one way rental for a business trip. I had never rented from Avis before, so this was a new experience. I accidentally canceled my reservation 2 days before but called customer service and they reinstated my reservation immediately (thank god). I arrived and received my car right away, but it smelled like smoke…not enough for me to complain but I’ve never experienced a car with that issue with Enterprise or National.

Worst rental car ever!! I reserved a car for $168. I picked the car up and it had been smoked in. I was charged a $300 deposit instead of $200 with ny credit card. I returned the car and was charged for a another day because i picked my rental up at 3:30pm instead of 4 pm . My total went up to $436 plus taxes and fees. Ashley printed my receipt and said there was nothing she could do and told me to contact customer service. After sitting in hold for a long time and getting hung up on with customer service I finally got a hold of rep that i explained how i have been over charged. At first she declined to waive the fees that i was charged. I insisted that i was being over charged and she finally refunded my money!! DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS ! BEWARE a money trap!
