This store is beautiful, the employees were friendly, they were helpful not overly aggressive about us buying something . We browsed and they offered assistance if we looked at a product? When we purchased our products the transaction was smooth and quick. The employee made us feel comfortable with our purchase.

The products are superior but the staff is even better! Seriously, the girls deserve a pay increase. They always remember me and I make sure to stop into the store each time I visit this mall; I leave feeling happier than I arrived.

I stopped in the Keystone store and had a great experience with Lucita. She used a follicle camera to determine healthy hair growth and gave me a several recommendations and samples to try. She was extremely knowledgeable, asked great questions and most importantly made me feel comfortable. Thank you Lucita!
