We really like Dr. Kaiser and his staff is great. Our dog Rocky had ear infection and the doctor was very attentive and caring.

This was our first visit and everyone was friendly. Dr. Kaiser spent quality time with both of my pups to build a positive rapport prior to exam and vaccinations.

Professional, cost effective, high availability for sooner rather than later appointments, and thorough. Taken my two young cats there a few times, and it's been a pleasant experience every time. Wouldn't want to go to any other vet in Indy.

We found a dog that had a rabies vax tag from this pet hospital. We brought the dog in, and the very helpful staff recognized him right away! His family was there within minutes to get him. I'm so glad he's back home with his people.

Took a new kitten to them the for her vaccines and the staff was so sweet! Took my elderly dog here a month later to be put to sleep and everyone was wonderful and comforting. Great staff!

Great place for you animal family members. I’ve had two dogs come here and they just take care of them so well.
I was sad to leave but they helped get all my records and everything so I had them for an easy transition.

I live on the south side so I have to make a commute for my dog’s appointments. But it’s worth it. I won’t go anywhere else . The staff is always friendly and I really like how my dog’s vet, Dr Philip Kieser, handles and cares for her. We only have to come 1/yr fur vaccinations so it’s not a big deal for me to make the drive

All of the staff are both friendly and professional, and it is clear that they all love animals. There are also thoughtful touches, like a sign on the door of the exam room welcoming my pet by name.

I absolutely love the staff here. They've treated my animals with consistent respect and love that I have to imagine is hard to maintain when you see so many animals in a day. They are fairly priced and always eager to help and answer my (sometimes non-medical) questions.I cannot think of a reason I would go anywhere else. Five stars.
