I waited a little while when I got in line. On guy was at the counter helping the person ahead of me and everyone else seemed to be doing something. When I was asked , How can I help you ?" After responding, the young man got the machine and checked my battery.
The guy on the phone was helpful before I decided to go there.

The employees here are downright lazy and are not helpful at all. Seems to be this way every time I come in here anymore.

Will not be returning to this store for one reason, the attitude they have is aweful. Went there to look for something, then one of the employees told me "Bro, you need everything for your car" like miss? Who you be talking to i have more than 1 car. State 135 Road is a better experience than this.

Absolutely recommend Michael C. for anyone that needs/wants to learn how to replace wiper blades! Was very helpful in helping me learn and making sure the front and back blades were accounted for!

I went in today to return an item. The electricity was out due to a storm yesterday, which I totally understand. They were using a generator and the guy told me that he was able to ring people out still. So, obviously registers are working. I asked him if he was able to do a return. He simply said, "I don't know" and wouldn't try to do it. For anyone that has ever worked in customer service, common sense would tell you that you wouldn't just say idk and would actually try to do it. Like Isaid before, I totally understandthat the electricity was off, but he should have at least tried since registers were working.. Rant over. Won't be returning to this Auto Zone.

I dealt with Cole at the Stop 11 and 31 store. When I asked for help his response was “I don’t think I carry that you’ll probably have to run to O’reilly and check it out. I ended up FaceTiming my husband so he could help me. Very disappointed.
