Would not return the tool I rented because either didn't know how or wanted to deal with it. Neither person working knew how to do it. I had to come back in the morning. Ridiculous. Never coming here again.

My battery was dead. I looked on the internet and it said they had a less expensive battery in store. I went there and waited in line. When I got up the worker said workers didn't show up and they couldn't test my battery or put the new one in. Then she said they didn't have the one I wanted and brought up a twice as expensive one. I left and went to Walmart.
