Came into the store with a broken wiper to wiper blade connector. Got it fixed by **Nick** within 5 minutes, and since he had a spare connector himself, he didn't even charge me. He was up beat and nice the entire time. Quite literally the best customer experience I have ever had in my entire life. Thank you AutoZone team, thank you Nick!!!

I called ahead for a part was told by the associate they had the part in store. Was assured that part was ordered and would be in the next day for sure. They made me pay in advance. The next day arrived back at the store was told they did not have the part but could get someone to come back to the store and deliver it. Asked the manager to call me when part was in. Manger called 45 ish minutes later. Asked me to come back and pick up part. Ask him to verify this was the correct part. He scanned my receipt and started it was. Got home placed part on car. Drove car to work realizing my right wheel where the part was locking up on me when I tried to turn left. Had be careful driving care back home. On closer examination I they gave me left side part for the right side. Left side part was placed on right side and that why the car right side was locking up. Took part back to the store again and hopefully got the correct part this time. Nothing was offered to me for all the trouble/ car accident this store could have caused. A manager reached out to me next day asking about customer service experience. He did not state a name only that he was calling from Auto zone (Thompson Rd, ). An apologize was offered only when I stated I never received one. Manger stated system was out of data and there working on updating it. I pray no one ever has the same experience with them again.

I had Great Service today at the Auto Zone at 5025 E Thompson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46237. I had a bad battery and Manger Tuesday came out and check my battery and then changed it for me. She was great. I will start going there from now because of her. And by the way it was 9% outside. She was GREAT!!!!!!!!

I prefer AutoZone I shop at them regularly but this store has a manager who don't know her job has an attitude mysu is she wanted ID for a warranty exchange for a part of my wife's name and refused to do without it went to a different AutoZone and they had no problem. Choose a different AutoZone
