Auto zone just sucks the employees and "managers" are very rude they sell broken parts and once you put it on your vehicle they will no longer take it back. FYI you have to put it on the vehicle to know the parts work or not so you just stuck if it doesn't work. My 2 parts were $450.00 that can't be returned because they were put on my car. So don't make the same mistake I made and just go elsewhere.

eveennnn tho a dude locked the doors before 10, Shawna let us in a minute after they closed for a part we needed and helped us out after I called. THANK YOU SHAWNA YOU NEED THAT RAISE GIRLLL ❤️❤️

There's a line of 20+ people, you have 5 employees present yet there are only two behind the register. Would recommend register training all your employees (or staff more workers) to ensure customers won't have to wait in line for 30 minutes. Kudos to those trying their hardesttaking phone calls and charging batteries, but they absolutely need the help.

2 weeks ago I went to buy the windshield wipers and they treated me very poorly. A Hispanic person was on his phone and I didn't even have to raise my voice to give him the prices to give me the prices and he didn't even leave his phone number to help me as it was a very bad experience.

The only thing I can say is that they pay more attention to their staff because apparently they don't check their inventory and every time I look for a part they never have it. that's my opinion thank you
